XLRI is delighted to announce its partnership with Emaar India for their transformative "Lakshya Leadership Development Journey," aimed at grooming future leaders within the organization. This experiential intervention focuses on key themes such as Fostering Collaboration & Cohesion, Breaking Barriers and Building Ownership, Ex*****on Excellence, and Customer Centricity, all crucial for success in today's complex business environment.

The journey commenced in January with an engaging two-day learning lab focused on Cultivating Curiosity and Imagination, Nurturing Emotional and Social Intelligence. The inaugural address by CEO of Emaar India, Kalyan Chakrabarti, inspired senior leaders to lead by example, followed by a special address by CHRO Madhuri Mehta, encouraging participants to champion Emaar India's core values.

XLRI's erudite faculty, including Mr. MG Jomon and Dean Academics Mr. Rajeev Roy, facilitated the sessions, helping participants understand the contours of next-gen leadership through thought-provoking conversations. The combination of fun and learning created an environment for leaders to thrive and exchange ideas, fostering a spirit of collaboration.

Prof. Narasimhan Rajkumar, Prof. Venugopal Pingali, and Prof. Sakhhi Chhabra, distinguished instructors, guided 25 participants through comprehensive modules, including marketing strategies, customer engagement, and distribution channel management. XLRI Delhi NCR is thrilled to announce the launch of the 'Indian School for Design of Automobiles' (INDEA), a pioneering initiative by XLRI in partnership with our esteemed alumnus, Mr. Avik Chattopadhyay.

This groundbreaking venture aims to foster global automobile design talents in India, aligning with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision and positioning India as a hub for automobile design.

INDEA, conceived in the 75th year of our republic, pays homage to the unique nation we have crafted ourselves into while demonstrating our capability to build world-class institutions. It coincides with XLRI’s 75th-anniversary celebrations, marking a significant milestone in our journey.

The formal announcement was made on Monday, 04th of March at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi, graced by Fr. K. S. Casimir, SJ, (Director of XLRI Delhi NCR), Prof. Rajeev Roy (Dean of Academics of XLRI Delhi NCR), Ms. Indira Banerjee (former judge of the Supreme Court of India), Mr. I V Rao (Distinguished Fellow at TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute), esteemed guests from the automobile and allied industries as well as by the presence of dignitaries from various media houses and firms.

Mr. Madhusudanan's insights highlighted the need for organizations to establish ethical guidelines in the age of widespread data collection for personalized marketing.
