Lower back exercises are essential for l a strong and healthy core, improving posture, and reducing the risk of lower back injuries. Here are some of the best lower back exercises that can be done at home or in the gym:

Superman: Lie on your stomach with your arms extended in front of you. Lift your arms, chest, and legs off the ground at the same time while keeping your neck in a neutral position. Hold the position for a few seconds and then lower back down. This exercise targets the lower back and helps to improve strength and stability.
Bridges: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips off the ground until your body forms a straight line from your knees to your shoulders. Hold the position for a few seconds and then lower back down. This exercise targets the glutes and lower back muscles.

5. Planks: Get into a push-up position with your forearms resting on the ground. Keep your body in a straight line from head to toe by engaging your core muscles. Hold the position for as long as you can while maintaining proper form. Planks are excellent for strengthening the entire core, including the lower back.

Russian Twists: Sit on the ground with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Leaning back slightly, lift your feet off the ground and hold your hands together in front of your chest. Twist your torso to one side, touching your hands to the ground, then twist to the other side. Russian twists help to improve rotational strength and stability in the lower back.

It is essential to consult with a healthcare professional or a certified trainer before starting any exercise routine.

Slip disc, is a condition in which the outer layer of the intervertebral disc is damaged, causing the inner layer to protrude and press on the spinal cord or nerve roots. It is a common cause of lower back pain and can also cause pain, numbness, and weakness in the arms and legs. Treatment for a slipped disc can include rest, physical therapy, medications, and in some cases, surgery. It is important to seek medical attention if you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with a slipped disc, as it can cause permanent damage if left untreated.
