TDS on cash withdrawal--

a Banking Company, a co-operative society, a post office-Who is responsible for paying any sum, in cash exceeding 1 crore during the previous year, to any person from one or more accounts maintained by such recipient-person with it, shall deduct tax at source @2% of such sum at the time of payment.

To discourage cash transactions in the country and promote the digital economy-
-The Union Budget 2019 has introduced Section 194N for tax deduction at source (TDS) on cash withdrawals exceeding Rs 1 crore.
-The Budget 2020 has reduced the threshold limit for TDS to Rs 20 lakh for taxpayers who have not filed their income tax returns for past three years.

सरकार के पास यह पता लगाने के लिए कोई प्रभावी तंत्र नहीं था कि करदाता (दाता) द्वारा धारा 80जी के तहत कटौती का दावा सही और सही था या नहीं। प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए सीबीडीटी ने एक अधिसूचना संख्या जारी की।
19/2021 दिनांक 26 मार्च 2021 में निर्दिष्ट संस्थानों द्वारा दाताओं द्वारा किए गए दान के विशिष्ट विवरण प्रदान करने के लिए एक फॉर्म 10बीडी दाखिल करना निर्धारित किया गया है।
फॉर्म 10 बीडी में दान का विवरण दाखिल करने के बाद, संस्थान को दान के फॉर्म 10बीई प्रमाण पत्र में प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड करना होगा और इसे दानदाताओं को प्रदान करना होगा। इन प्रपत्रों के कार्यान्वयन का पहला वर्ष वित्त वर्ष 2021-22 से प्रभावी होगा। उसी के लिए नियत तारीख हर साल 31 मई है।

All type of companies need to file e-form MSME-1.If
i. Company is having MSME register vendors.
ii. Company made payment to such MSME vendor after 45 days from date of acceptance of goods/ services during the half year.

This form MSME-1, shall file with ROC every half year.
April to September, Due Date is 31st October.
October to March, Due Date is 30th April.

There are no ROC fees for filing of this form. Even after due date there is no consequences of additional fees.
Purpose of this form is to inform ROC about default in payment by Companies to their MSME (Micro and small) vendors.

आईटीआर फाइलिंग अब अनिवार्य है यदि टर्नओवर 60 लाख से अधिक है । भले ही Income is not Chargeable to Tax.(CBDT) vide Income Tax Notification dated 21st April 2022.

Requirement of Commercial Address for GST Registration is not mentioned in GST Laws or any Circular / Notification / Instructions. But then also some State Officers are demanding Commercial Address for GST Registration. They should stop rejecting Applications for GST Registration for non-submission of Commercial Place.
