ડાયાબિટીસ ના દર્દીઓ માટે ગોળ ખાંડ જેટલો જ હાનિકારક છે
૩૦ ગ્રામ ખાંડ માં ૧૦૯ કેલરી અને ૨૮ ગ્રામ કાર્બોહાઇડ્રેટ (શર્કરા) હોય છે.
૩૦ ગ્રામ ગોળ માં ૧૦૩ કેલરી અને ૨૬ ગ્રામ કાર્બોહાઇડ્રેટ (શર્કરા) હોય છે.
એટલે, ખાંડ ખાઓ કે ગોળ, તમારા બ્લડ સુગર માં વધારો જરૂર થશે. એટલે ખાંડ અને ગોળ બન્ને જેટલું ઓછું ખવાય તેટલું સારું.
