The era of Expressionism in art and architecture. Originating in Northern Europe around the beginning of the 20th century, it is a modernist movement, initially rooted in poetry and painting. It is represented to the world solely from a subjective perspective, distorting it radically for emotional effect in order to evoke certain moods and reactions.

The next city on our radar is Munich. Its bold architecture, lush nature, and countless museums make it a one-of-its-kind place.

Munich navigates the perfect blend between old and new in the most charming way. One can find modern and innovative buildings used for offices, housing, and more. But venture over a block or two towards Old Town and find bold, almost neo-Gothic Baroque-style buildings with Renaissance interiors that instantly teleport you to the medieval times.

The most famous architectural establishment in Munich is the Marienplatz, the city center of Old Town. For centuries, it was the most important spot in Munich where all important roads met.

This month we celebrate Rococo style in art and architecture. For our moodboard, we explore traditional tufted textures and wood carved flourishes in one of a kind products. We endeavour to create a new narrative with Artize VIC right at the heart of it.

Designed with flourishes and ancient crafts, we reimagined the Rococo style with a side of Gold bright VIC.

Hues of Terrace

The terrace offers a balmy, comforting escape during the day and gives us a chance to unwind peacefully. During the pandemic, our terraces doubled up as places of solace where we could take a quick stroll, water the plants or simply relish a piping hot cup of tea. Cosy get-togethers with friends and folks further elevates the charm of our quaint terraces.

Spotlighting the glory of form and design with the bold and stately Linea. The Linea draws inspiration from the revolutionary Brutalist architecture. The product’s striking visual vocabulary is inspired by Kazimir Malevich’s work and features solid blocks of squares, rectangles and angled lines.

So, when the Agarwals laid their eyes on this welcoming property in the Aralias, they knew at once that this was ‘home’.

This space reminds us of a time long forgotten, a warm home that pays homage to the romantic era with compelling design staples by .architects. Out here, each corner is a work of art.
