Yoga and mindfulness have been shown to improve both physical and mental health in children. Yoga improves balance, strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity in children. Yoga and mindfulness offer psychological benefits for children as well. A growing body of research has already shown that yoga can improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behavior, and can even reduce anxiety and stress in children.

Children of CHS Education Centre Kanpur Dehat performed sitting and standing asanas, importance of these were explained simultaneously.

On the occasion of 'International Yoga Day' 2022, the teachers, students and principal of CHS Education Centre Tatya Tope Nagar gathered together in the school premises to celebrate this day. Following the theme of *'Yoga For Humanity '*, all practiced various yogasans beginning with Surya namaskar and moving to several more like Trikonasana, Padmasana, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Katichakrasan, Anuloma pranayama along with others followed by omkar chanting. The benefits of the postures were narrated by the Yoga teacher side by side as children performed with the instructions expounding the importance of meditation and pranayama, in day to day life.

The ongoing 9 day summer camp at CHS Education Centre, Tatya Tope Nagar concluded on 6th June. In this summer camp children displayed their creative skills through Skating, Drum, Dance, Judo-Karate, Adventure Sports, Badminton, Volleyball and Art & Craft. The school principal Ms. Jyoti Vij awarded prizes to the children.

The news of the conclusion of the summer camp was also published in leading newspapers.

As with all creative pursuits, arts and crafts activities are a fantastic creative outlet. Through art, children can express themselves freely, and sometimes without realising! Subconsciously, children will be expressing their inner thoughts and feelings through their artwork. Arts & Crafts activities are a great way for children to reflect and manage their emotions. The process of turning a thought into a tangible piece of art is a brilliant way of allowing us to manage our internal thoughts and feelings, moulding them into something real. Moreover, arts & crafts pursuits are proven to have a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing.

During the summer camp, students of CHS Education, Tatya Tope Nagar, Kanpur have participated with full zeal & enthusiasm in various arts & crafts activities in school premises.

The summer camp organised at CHS Education Centre Tatya Tope Nagar was concluded on Monday, 6 June 2022. With bitter sweet memories, the camp was wrapped up preparing children for the vacations ahead. The last day was filled with joy and fun as all engaged in different activities wholeheartedly. All the campers were given participation certificates along with a book.

Keep the saying in mind, four students of CHS Education Centre Tatya Tope Nagar(Anshu Kushwaha, Raju Yadav, Sachin Yadav and Akash Pal) bagged the position in Junior State Kho Kho team of Kanpur by their determination and perseverance towards the game.

Following the theme of "Only One Earth", World Environment Day was celebrated at CHS Education Centre Tatya Tope Nagar. The school principal, staff members and students planted several saplings in the school premises observing this day. Various students participated with zeal by making posters and writing slogans, creating awareness about the significance of nature in human life.

Summer camps are a great way to learn, explore new activities and cultivate new ideas. A summer camp is being organised in CHS EDUCATION CENTRE Tatya Tope Nagar from 29 May '2022 to 6 June' 2022. Children of age 6 to 18 years were seen participating in the various activities with zeal and ardour. A variety of exciting and fun filled activities like adventure sports, skating, calligraphy, dance, badminton, art and craft, cricket, karate, volleyball. Children have enrolled in this camp to take break from their daily routine, stressful studies and enjoy the beginning of summer vacations.

Recent changes in the education system have made it difficult to tell the difference between online classes and offline classes. According to some people, online classes are good, while in some other's point of view offline classes are better.

At CHS Education Centre, Jaunpur, Kanpur Dehat, students have participated in an English debate on "Online vs Offline Classes".

Nuclear Family and joint family are two types of families that can be observed in the society around us. A nuclear family has an adult couple and their children. A joint family, on the other hand, extends beyond a joint family as it includes multiple generations living under one roof. Both types of families have their own pros and cons.

A hindi debate on "Joint Family vs Nuclear Family" was organized at CHS Education Centre, Jaipur, Kanpur Dehat where students have participated with full zeal and enthusiasm and presented their views on this topic.

To add some entertainment factor and educational instinct, The students of CHS Education Centre, Jainpur, Kanpur Dehat were shown movie with the help of projector.

To beat the heat in the scorching summer, students of CHS Education Centre, Jainpur, Kanpur Dehat, enjoyed a refreshing lemonade and watermelon party in the school premises.

Adventure Sport gliding helps children to improve their physical and mental strength.
It also helps to reduce stress, improve body balance and get rid of height fobia.

Gliding activity was organized in CHS Education Centre, Jainpur, Kanpur Dehat.

During the sports activity, an Inter house volleyball match has been organized for students of class 9th to 12th of CHS Education Centre, Tatya Tope Nagar,Kanpur.
