The client wished for the building to be facing towards the East. So even if the front elevation was on the east, the Southside had the access to the plot and the view from the road. So the facade was designed to be pleasing on both sides with an attic space below the slope roof

Twin House at Mamangalam, Kochi
Total Area: 5050 sqft

Contemporary styled twin villas, homes that are designed as per requirements of the clients who are siblings...
Mostly designed by moulding the ideas brought in by the client which is supported by the experience of the Team DplusM. They have a common courtyard accessible from both homes and mirrored Sitout to get the buildings closer. Though externally both look similar, internally it's designed as per each one's personal interest. One building has provision for a small office for the client and a consulting office for the wife who is a doctor. The other building has work from office setup as the clients are IT Professionals. The building is constructed using the Wienerberger Porotherm VP 200 blocks.
The project is nearing completion, we will upload the completion photos soon.
