Saving a premolar

Buccal wall was the only remaining tooth structure. Fibre post and core build up done and restored with monolith Zirconia crown.

Patient was advised for extraction 2 years ago but avoided due to high blood sugar level and noncardiac clearance there after.

Now the wait begins. Follow up after 6 months.

Follow up after 3 weeks shows reduced mobility, patient able to eat and properly due to absence of pain.

Cheese can reduce your risk of developing tooth cavities!
