Preparation and serving coffee, food, and other beverages.
Cashiering, stock management, inventory control.
Maintaining caf hygiene in the premises of the cafe.
Adhering to all rules and regulations set as per companies standard operating procedures.
Wastage control measures.
Opening & closing of the cafe.
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude.

Welcomes and connects with every customer.
Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests product with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals.

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible to conduct cleaning duties in the assigned Place of Work and provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to our customers.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management.

Minimum 0-1 year of work experience in hotel operations.

Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must
