ക്യാഷ് ഇടപാടുകൾ: സാധാരണക്കാരൻ അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കേണ്ടത്:

20 ലക്ഷം രൂപയ്ക്ക് ഭൂമി വിൽക്കുന്നു. ആധാരത്തിൽ 300,000. ബാക്കി 17,00,000 ക്യാഷ്. മുഴുവനും ബാങ്ക് അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ നിക്ഷേപിക്കുന്നൂ. നിയമ കാര്യങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ച് കാര്യമായ യാതൊരു പരിചയവുമില്ലാത്ത അക്കൗണ്ട് ഹോൾഡറോഡ് സ്വന്തം അക്കൗണ്ടിൽ നിക്ഷേപിച്ചൽ ഒരു കുഴപ്പവും ഇല്ലെന്ന് ബാങ്ക് മാനേജരുടെ ഒരു ഉപദേശവും കിട്ടും.

ശരിയാണ്:
മാനേജർക്ക് യാതൊരു കുഴപ്പവുമില്ല. കെ.വൈ.സി കൃത്യമാണെന്ന് മാനേജർ ഉറപ്പിച്ചാൽ മതി. പിന്നെ ബാങ്കിൻറെ കറണ്ട് അക്കൗണ്ട് - സേവിങ്സ് ബാങ്ക് റേഷ്യോ തൽക്കാലത്തേക്ക് കൂടി നിൽക്കും. ബാങ്കിന് മോശമല്ലാത്ത ഒരു നിക്ഷേപവും കിട്ടും.

പക്ഷേ മാനേജരോട് ചോദിച്ചിട്ട് അല്ല ബാങ്ക് ഇൻകംടാക്സ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റുമായി ഡാറ്റ ഷെയർ ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

ഇനി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്ററുടെ കാര്യം.

സാധാരണക്കരെ ബാധിക്കുന്ന പ്രധാന 2 ആദായനികുതി വകുപ്പുകൾ ഒരിക്കൽ കൂടി ശ്രദ്ധയിൽ കൊണ്ടു വരുന്നു.

1. യാതൊരു സാഹചര്യത്തിലും ഒരു ഇടപാടിൽ രണ്ട് ലക്ഷം രൂപയോ അതിൽ കൂടുതലോ ക്യാഷ് ആയി വാങ്ങാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല.

2. ഭൂമിയോ കെട്ടിടമോ വിറ്റുകിട്ടുന്ന തുക ഒരു കാരണവശാലും ക്യാഷ് ആയി കൈപ്പറ്റാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. എത്ര ചെറിയ തുക ആയാലും.

ഈ രണ്ട് നിയമങ്ങളുടെ
ലംഘനത്തിനും ഉള്ള ശിക്ഷ, തത്തുല്യമായ തുക പിഴ ആയി ഈടാക്കാൻ ആദായനികുതി വകുപ്പിന് അധികാരം ഉണ്ട് എന്നുള്ളതാണ്.

ദയവായി പരമാവധി എല്ലാ ആൾക്കാരും ഈ വകുപ്പുകളെ കുറിച്ച് ബോധവാന്മാരായി ഇരിക്കേണ്ടതും നിയമം പാലിക്കുന്നതിന് അതീവ ശ്രദ്ധ പുലർത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ സാഹചര്യത്തിലെ തെറ്റ് പിന്നീട് ഒരിക്കലും തിരുത്താൻ പറ്റാത്തത് ആണ് എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കുക. ആധാരം എഴുത്തുകാരും ആധാര സമയത്ത് ഈ അറിവ് കക്ഷികൾക്ക് പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുത്താൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു.

ക്യാഷ് ലെസ്സ് ഇക്കോണമി അഥവാ ഡിജിറ്റൽ ഇന്ത്യയിലേക്കാണ് കാര്യങ്ങൾ മാറുന്നത്. താൽപര്യമുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും കൊള്ളാം, ഓരോ ഇന്ത്യക്കാരനും അതിന് തയ്യാറായെ പറ്റൂ.
