One clean engine!
Bike: YEZDI CL 2
This one had a worn out gear selector, leaked oil, needed crank setting and a rebore to 1st oversize
And we changed the bearings just to make sure that we don't have to dismantle it anytime soon, since we had to replace the oil seals and set the crank.

Coming up soon
1964" jawa type 353
The previous owner changed most of the body parts to the latest version and therefore loosing its actual vintage look
We fabricated the tank(custom design with the jawa tank looks), rear mudguard, front fork head cover, and a new type crash guard(it is actually something else but you guys will see it soon)
Then comes a total engine restoration and a HQ PU paint and a HQ Clear coat.

This bike was very roughly used
So we had to change many parts on this bike

On the engine side
New Gear selector and springs ,engine bearings and oil seal changed, crank setting done, bored to 1st over-size piston, coil rewinded, new condenser and platinum point(was almost worn out)

On the chasis side
New centre stand with bush setting done, HQ PU paint with HQ clear finish
New electricals, new wiring
New silencer and bend(as the old one was a duplicate and still the metal was too weak and had dents)
Sticker works done by
Rim plated and wheel truing done
