Job Title: Business Development Executive - ERP Sales

Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers in the ERP space, and develop a deep understanding of their needs to provide solutions.
• Research and analyse the market for potential customers and leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the company.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospects.
• Analyze competitors and develop a business plan to increase sales and revenue.
• Generate new leads using different tools such as LinkedIn, cold calling, or other sales tools.
• Track and prepare monthly sales reports.

Requirements:
• A relevant degree in CS or Business Administration is preferred.
• Experience in selling ERP software and solutions as a Business Development Executive or a relevant role.
• Experience in managing international prospects and clients and generating sales from them.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and capable of leading and performing end-to-end processes.
• Proven sales track record.
• Proficiency in negotiation skills, MS Office, and other sales tools.
• Strong knowledge of ERP functionality - ERPnext or Odoo ERP will be an advantage.
