Hospitality Masterplan, Norway

Concept Masterplan for a ski resort being planned in Trysil, in the beautiful Osterdalen district of Norway. The concept includes a luxurious hotel at the base of the ski slope, with a series of free-standing blocks housing accomodations of varying sizes and functions . The main block has welcoming lobbies, lounges, rooms, spacious banquet halls, and restaurants, all with breathtaking views of the ski slope and snow-capped mountains. The hotel is designed to cater to both summer and winter vacations, with solid architecture and expansive windows to let in sunlight and provide stunning vistas. The project is currently undergoing feasibility studies and awaiting approval.

A Landscape Plaza and Open-air Cinema designed for the Mixed-use Development in Guyana.

The Cinema, with a partially covered and open area doubles as a venue for weddings and events.

Situated close to the Demerara river and overlooking one of its canals, stands a six story contemporary apartment within the residential complex of the Development.

Outside the residential complex stands a two-story shopping mall (also known as 'Plaza' in Guyana). This structure can accommodate up to two anchors as well as a number of small and medium stores. More than 500 cars can be parked on the surface and basement combined.

Other facilities include an open air theatre, a 'landscape plaza', restaurants, car service hub and petrol bunk.

A Club House designed for the Residential Area of a new Mixed-use Development coming up in Georgetown, Guyana.

The building sports a cantilevered canopy with a rectractable tensile roof. Activities and spaces include lounges, a bar, cafes, a gym and indoor games.
