Podar International School, Kolhapur recently brought the world of comics to life with an exciting Culminating Event themed “Ink and Imagination- ComicVerse Extravaganza - ‘Unleashing Comic Superpowers’. Students from grades 1 to 8 participated in a vibrant Comic Walk showcasing a variety of comic books, superhero displays, historical comic insights, and talented comic book artists. The event also featured comic-inspired merchandise, and parents had the pleasure of witnessing the creativity and enthusiasm of the young comic enthusiasts firsthand. It was a day filled with color, creativity, and comic-inspired joy!

Podar International School, Kolhapur, recently hosted a thrilling Comic Trivia Quiz Competition under the exciting theme "Ink and Imagination" as part of the Jumpstart Event. Students from the Aqua, Ignis, Terra, and Ventus houses showcased their knowledge and passion for comics, creating an electrifying atmosphere. Ventus House emerged victorious, securing the first position with their exceptional prowess and quick thinking. Ignis House followed closely, clinching the second position with an impressive performance. This event not only highlighted the students' love for comics but also their competitive spirit and teamwork. Congratulations to all the participants and especially to Ventus House for their outstanding achievement!

Podar International School, Kolhapur proudly celebrated the 10th International Yoga Day on June 21st, 2024. The event encompassed engaging sessions conducted on the school campus for students from Grades 1 to 12. Esteemed experts, Dr. Smita Patil, a renowned Yoga Therapist, and Ms. Sudha Patil from the Heartfulness Foundation, led comprehensive workshops. They guided participants through a rejuvenating series of Asanas, Sound Therapy, and Meditation techniques. The day was dedicated to promoting holistic well-being, fostering a sense of inner peace, and enhancing the overall mental and physical health of our school community. It was a memorable day of learning and growth."
