The Story of Chakraborty

RIDE TO DHULE
Prepared my Interceptor 650, but personally I knew what I was about to do is pretty crazy. Hooked up my dufflebag on the tail rack and my tank bag, I was prepared for one of the craziest ride I have done. Late night at 9 Pm I was prepared for my one day ride to Dhule, Maharashtra from Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. It was dusshera the next day and I was very excited to see the rituals and norms in Maharashtra.
It was early morning at 3.30 AM I started the ride towards Dhule, it was little cold here as it rained the last day, but I was very excited for the ride. I connected the map it showed around 415 KM from my location and I was not giving it up at any cost.
My first Stop was at Yashika Resorts in Ashta for a heavy breakfast, and then I continued my journey. The Indore- Bhopal Highway is excellent a total 4 lane Highway with almost no interruptions which further connected me with the Mumbai – Agra Expressway. I was having an urge to go to Mumbai Which reads around 500 KMs from Indore but I was more interested in Dhule as it was my first visit to Maharashtra.
My Second Stop was in Rau where I stopped to admire the beautiful sunrise and continued my journey as I went soaring through the roads that goes between small hills as we leave the main city. With curves and hairpin bends it is an excellent road that goes between the hills and the beauty is extraordinarily admirable.
My Third and final stop before Dhule was in Sendhwa Madhya Pradesh and it’s the last place before our Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra border it was around 10 AM in the morning successfully covering and experiencing the beautiful nature of the hills and the roads of around 300 KMs. Finally I entered the city of Dhule a few hours after crossing the border to note I have never seen such facilities at interstate border crossing where every four wheeler and loaded goods vehicles has to go through a through inspection before crossing either side of the border. Bikes and other bikers were exempted from this category.
The City of Dhule is a well planned and beautiful city. It is one of the Smart Cities of Maharashtra. There were many temples in the city starting from historically famous and very old Ekvira Devi Temple to Marimata Mandir and many more. But the biggest attraction of the city is the BAPS SHRI SWAMINARAYAN Temple. A very well decorum maintained and clean mandir. The architecture in each pillar tells a story and some of them were covered in Glass to protect them from the visitors

The best place in whole dhule city. After going on this spot you will feel peace and positivity. Sahajanand Swami, was a yogi and ascetic around whom the Swaminarayan Sampradaya developed, and whose life and teachings brought a revival of central Hindu practices of dharma, ahinsa and brahmacarya. He is believed by followers to be a manifestation of God.
Swaminarayan temple very nice place. We'll constructed, not much crowded, Good atmosphere like we'll maintained garden on all side of the temple. People can go with there family for worship as well as for entertainment for kids. Kids play area on the side which pay and play option. Also slides, climber and other for free to play, Canteen available near the play area separate toilet facilities also available,

Finally in the evening around 5 PM I set out for returning back and finally covered the route home at night. Night time riding is bit risky but if you hav proper gears and ride with proper precautions and discipline you can easily cover the route it takes a bit longer than estimated but it’s worth your life.
To mention Dhule ride prepared me for being more persistent in riding besides I got to enjoy a lot along thr route met many new people came to know many new customs and rituals in the city. To wrap up I would say it was worth the time and the lessons I learnt during the ride are memories for a lifetime.
