Office Record's Book. Two Times Police Forces Came to Arrested him at his house but he ran away after came Police. Already Narendrapur Inspector in Charge have Launched Eight Criminal Cases against Pankaj Kumar Gupta and Cases will run for Ten years, every year have to attend him at Baruipur Court for remove the case.

So if he paid me Rs.30,000 then I shall withdraw all Complaints which I Submitted to the Chairman of Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality and S.A.E. of R.S.M at Garia Station Locality for Demolished his Illegally Constructed two Storied building and Structural Shed for Scooter on the Boundary Brick wall.

Narendrapur Inspector in Charge has launched a FIR with Eight Criminal Cases against him, Police Came to his house two days for arrested but before arrival of police he ran away.
Then Police serve a notice to his wife sarendare to the Police Station. But after a week he took bails from Baruipur Court and submitted to Police Station.
At least Ten years will run eight Criminal Cases at Baruipur Court.

Last six months (from 2/06/2018 to 03/012/2019) I was in USA to visit my Daughter and after come back to India at my house I saw that (4 feet x 1 feet)=4 square feet area of my land at the North side and front side of my Building are occupied by my besides neighbour-Pankaj Kr. Gupta, actually his previous personal road was (4 feet long X 2'-6" feet wide) 10 square feet but after occupied (4 feet long X 1 feet wide)=4 square feet area from my land, now his present personal road is 12 square feet. So he occupied 4 square feet area from my Land for use scooter in & out for personal road purpose without my permission, not only that he makes Illegally a (4-feet wide X 10 feet long)=40 square feet structural shed between his building wall and along my 4 feet high boundary wall. Again he occupied 30 feet by 2'-6" feet Common Road which is lie between the Boundary wall of Pankajj Kr. Gupta & Nimay Patra and make a 4 feet wide & 4 feet high iron roded Gate on the 3 feet common Road forcefully & Illegally.
On 21st, June, 2019 I started construction work for above mentioned brick wall at about 9 AM by two rajmistris and two labours and at the time of finishing the construction brick wall on my land (4 feet wide by 5 feet hight) then at about 2:30 pm, Pankaj Kr. Gupta and his brother Bablu Gupta came back from their working place by the information from any person by phone call, suddenly both brothers blow me & hitting me by iron rod & bamboo. Both brothers also blow to Rajmistri and Labours, told very bad language, teared my cotton Kurta, picked up Rs.2000 from my pocket, kicked the week wall by legs and damaged my water pipe lines with pump & motor due to demolished my Boundary wall fall down on the jet pipes connection. After then they try to murder me with Arms, Iron rods & Bamboo, but my wife & labour's cleverly safe my life and threats me again if I Complaint to Councillor, Municipality, Police and Court then both brothers with their criminals will be Murder me anytime & anyday. Then I submitted three written Complaints to Narendrapur Police Station to launch or register for a FIR but Police officers did not launch any FIR against the Criminals but they registerd only GDE and Police officers of Narendrapur Thana did not take any action & Investigation till today.
My Area of land is 2 khata, R.S. Dag No-165, Khatian No-290, J.L. No-43, Holding No-758, P.S.-Narendrapur, Mouza-Dhalua, District-24 Parganas.
We know that according to construction rules 45 & 48A, section-417 of the West Bengal Municipality act 1993 (West Bengal Act-XXII of 1993) Notification No-67/MA/O/C-4/3R-8/2002 dated 14th, day of February 2007 for the approval of building plan by Calcutta Municipality Corporation, everybody should keep clearance 4 feet along the three side of the building as per construction rules & act but Pankoj Gupta did not maintains any construction rules and act. He makes such a way that structural shed for scooter that at the time of raining to much rain water falls down in my land along boundary wall. Again he takes Cable TV line from outside to his house across on my land.
So he has done five illegal works, many days & times I requested him about this four illegals works and to remove and give up my occupied 4 square land, structural shed and cable TV line but Pankoj Gupta does not care and importants above these matters.
** I came to know from a reliable source that without Mutation Pankaj Kr. Gupta Constructed two stored Building. I know that for Construction two storied, Building minimum eight feet Common Road is needed at the front side of Building but his front side of Building, there is only three feet common Road. So I want to know how his Building Plan has Approved for Construction by Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality or how he constructed two storied Building on the 3 feet common passage.
He always told me that he has many power and president of ward No-2 will support him. Already Pankaj Kr. Gupta Demolished my Boundary Brick wall on my land and damaged my water pipes line dated-21/06/2019.
* * Before Demolished or Broken my Boundarie Brick wall kicked by Pankaj Kr Gupta, did not informed or discussed to the President of ward number-2, councillor of ward no-2, Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality-Garia station locality, police, club and local people or my neighbours. He didn't need to informed or discuss above mentioned matter. That's why he demolished my Boundary Brick wall without any bodies permission and he has taken law in his own hand like a criminals.
I already submitted two Complaints regarding above mentioned matter to the Councillor, Ward No-2, P.O.- Dhalua, Location-Garia Station, Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality by verbally and two written complaint, But till today he didn't visit the incident spot, illegal structural shed and Occupied Common Passage and Demolished my Boundary Brick wall & underground water Pipes Line with Pump-Motor.
I already submitted a written complaints with all supporting documents and photos copy of incident spots to the chief Minister, Five written complaints to the Chairman-Rajpur Sonarpur Municipality-Harinavi Office, Two written complaints to the Mayor, Director General (Building) and one written complaint to the Commissioner of Kolkata Municipality Corporation, 5-S.N. Banerjee Road, Kolkata-700013.
Already Six months is over but till today Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality did not take any necessary action against the Criminal Pankaj Kumar Gupta.

Pankaj Kumar Gupta is a very harmful Criminal, he Demolished my Boundary Brick walls and Underground water Pipe Lines, Jet, Motor & Pump. Not only that he attempted to take me Murder two times. Already I have Launched three GDE & One FIR Against him at Narendrapur Police Station and I have Submitted a Complaint to Baruipur, South 24 Pargana Superintendent of Police (SP) which already recorded to SP recorded resister book. Narendrapur Inspector in Charge already gave him Eight Criminal Cases. Two Times Police Came to Arrested him at home but could not Arrested because he had run away when Police came.
At last he has taken bail at Baruipur Court by maximum Money and Criminal Case will run ten years at Baruipur Court.
