McCarty drew global attention after it was announced in July 1995 that she had established a trust through which at her death, a portion of her life's savings would be left to the university to provide scholarships for deserving students in need of financial assistance. The amount was estimated at $150,000,[1][2] a surprising amount given her low-paid occupation.

It is important to know that maturity is not measured by age, rather it is attitude built by experience.

1. Comfortable being alone: Mature people are comfortable being on their own, and don’t need approval from anyone to be happy nor always need friends or people around them. But immature people need to be the centre of attention, battle with insecurity and engage in bullying.

2. Accept differences: Mature people accept that everyone is different and will have different opinions. They don’t need everyone to think or act as they do.

3. Rational decisions: A mature person’s decisions are based on character, not feeling.

4. Emotional Independence: They are not dependent financially or emotionally on their parents or others. They tend to make their own life decisions.

5. Treating others right: They don’t put someone down or make fun of someone because that’s not how they get their self-esteem. They are already confident in themselves.

6. Taking responsibility: They don’t blame others for their failures and try to take responsibility on how to improve the situation rather than complain.

7. Listening more than talking: They have two ears and one mouth, and they use them in that proportion.

8. Honesty: They don’t try to deceive or manipulate others for their gains. They present their desires on and it’s okay if no becomes the answer, without being offended.

9. Actions: A mature person seeks wisdom before acting.

10. Mature conversations: They like to talk about deep meaningful topics about life and nature with a sense of wonder and curiosity.

11. Never clinging: They don’t emotionally cling to people and if someone isn’t the right fit for them, they are not afraid to let them go.

12. Not chasing: They don't chase money, new car nor someone. They know where true happiness is, in the present.

On a number of occasions I have seen grown up people blaming their parents. Sometimes I really get shocked. A full grown up man complaining that their mother is late that is why they are in a particular situation. Yes a wise man leaves an inheritance for his children's children but if that doesn't happen ,know that you have the ability to be the game changer and do that for your generation. Honestly blaming our parents has an expiry date.

Imagine where the world would be if we all blamed others. I wouldn't be here helping others to develop a positive mindset, helping with business and money management because my parents never taught me most of these things. I am self taught . Like Elon Musk said "You can literally learn any skill you want for free on youtube. You can become a person of value in a matter of months".

It is true that the greatest disability is not physical but mental. Realizing that you can start to change your life with whatever you have is the game changer. You are enough!

Once in a village, a woman saw three old man sitting outside her house. They were sitting there for quiet a while.

Woman went outside and said, “I saw that you are sitting here for long, you must be hungry. Please come in and have something to eat.”

Men asked, “Is man of the house at home?”

Woman replied, “No.”

Men replied, “Then we cannot come in.”

Woman went inside. In evening when her husband came, she told him about people sitting outside and all that what happened.

Husband said her wife to go and ask those man to come in and have some food.

Woman went out and said, “My husband is home. He is inviting you all. Please come inside and have food.”

They replied, “We do not go inside a house together.”

Woman questioned, “Why?”

Then one of those old man explained.

Pointing to one of his friends, he said – His name is Wealth If he goes with you, your home will be filled with wealth always. Then pointing to another old man he said – He is Success if he goes with you, your will always be successful in any endeavor you start. He introduced himself as Love If i go with you then your home will be filled with love always.

Then he said, “Now, you go in and discuss with your husband which one of us you want in your home.”

Woman went inside and told his husband about what that old man said. Her husband was overjoyed to listen about it and said, “Let’s invite Wealth. Let him come and fill our home with wealth.”

Wife disagreed and said, “No. Why don’t we invite Success?”

Their daughter-in-law was listening to this. She came to them and suggested, “Wouldn’t it be better if we invite Love in our home. Then our home will be filled with love for ever.”

Husband and wife agreed to her advice.

Woman again went out and said, “Which one of you is Love? Please come in and be our guest.”

Love got up and started walking toward house. Just then other two also got up and started following him.

Woman asked, “You said that not all can come together. I invited only Love. Why are you coming in?”

Old men replied, “If you had invited Wealth or Success then other two have stayed outside but since you invite Love, Wherever he goes, we go with him.”

Wherever there is Love, Wealth and Success will follow.
