# HOW TO SEPARATE YOURSELF IN A CROWD AND STAND ALONE IN THE INDUSTRY #
Marketing is the most essential part of any profession, business or industry. In today's 21st century digital marketing is a great opportunity area for making a career as a digital marketing professional. By fulfilling different industries' need, marketing industry also became much crowded now. All marketing professionals know all marketing tactics more or less. Hence, I am not going to discuss any kind of marketing tactics or strategies here. If you are in a crowded industry, no matter it is marketing or any other, I am going to share you some strategies, which can help you to separate yourself from the crowd and stand alone with difference. If you follow my strategies, it can help you to make your recognition to the next level.
When industry become crowded good professionals always try to make some differents. If you are in a position sorrouned by huge competitions, follow the 2 steps-
#1) Do research on competitions.
#2) Do research on new issues.
#1) DO RESEARCH ON COMPETITIONS
Understand your competition ring and freez the followings;
a) Who are your major competitors?
Make a list of your Competitors who are ahead of you in the industry. Make sure in your sense by doing this, not to fight with them 😀 but to learn from them.
b) What are their Advantages?
Find out the advantages of your competitors, like very big investment, huge technology etc.
c) What are their weaknesses according to your strengths?
Watch into your strength points. Try to find out if there is any skill, strategy, tool or any Intellectual Property that you have and your competitors don't.
After freezing the above points, make a list of your competitive advantages. If you don't have any advantage, you must have to make some advantages. You have to make some key differentiators that creates opportunity for you. It may be some new products, services or any enhancement in your business model or anything else. Then finally, use your key differentiators as advantages to highlight in your campaigns.
2) DO RESEARCH ON NEW ISSUES
If you want to ride the wave of your industry, do an indepth research on difficulties which is not solved yet. The winning entrepreneurs always do this kind of analysis or research. The new issues or difficulties can be 2 types;
a) Present issues; The issues occurred in present days not solved yet and the solution is highly needed to the present world.
b) Future issues; Predict some future issues which is in a great chance to be occurred in the future. Find out the solutions of predicted future issues and get a position to be king in your industry in coming days.
CONCLUSION:
I have discussed only few strategies to be expert in the industry and of course there are many more. I believe in my heart that if you practice the above strategies and make a habit on these practices, then you can separate yourself from the crowd and stand alone with an unique identity in your industry.

The marketing is a complete system of different steps of activities to achieve the predicted goals in any profession or business. The steps of marketing include

#4) retention etc.

Before discussing some good and effective marketing strategies I like to share first some raw types of marketing which should be avoided.
Some raw types of marketing include
#1) impulsive marketing
#2) copy marketing
#3) frustration marketing
#4) pressure marketing etc.
How to make a successful career in healthcare without doing any job?
Those healthcare professionals who are not getting any job or not willing to do any job and want to make a successful career by self employment, should make a structured working plan to achieve their goals. When I was in a situation of starting point of my career, I had a big misconception that if I want to make my career in healthcare services, the only one mindset is required that is " HAPPY TO HELP OTHERS ". So I was focused on some educations and skills which is required to solve others heath related issues. But when I completed my programs and I was so excited to serve people then the main problem raised. Though I had a complete set up, no one was coming to me, even when I was giving some free advice people were not ready to follow my advice.
I felt a big gap in my educational system. If, it doesn't comfort you anyhow that someone is in serious health condition, and you don't have to do anything, then the healthcare profession is perfect for you. But only a helping others mindset is not enough. You have to gather some educational qualifications, some skills, but surprisingly those are also not enough.
Unfortunately, the other skills,those are must needed for healthcare profession, have never been taught or not being taught till right now by any healthcare school or training institute. No one will teach you how to reach people, how to get patients and how to earn money by using your knowledge and skills. Our education system is made such a way to make only employees not employers. They only used to say just complete your education and do job. They will never teach you to establish as a self employed or they don't have the idea because they have not ever experienced the same.
The only way is to learn is a self learning. Yes, only self learning, by associated with the successful self employed professionals who have experienced it.
I am giving here 3 fundamental steps :
#1. Decide your specific field of service. The more specific service you select, you will become more specialist and competition will be lesser.
#2. Make a structured business model how you want to serve people. How you like to work, that includes if you want to work with home service or through a self set up etc.
#3. You have to make a strong marketing system. You have to make a proper plan to reach people. You have to make a public relations system or collaboration system with other health care centers. You must have a proper program to establish your credibility and trustworthy in the society.
The above mentioned 3 fundamental steps help you reach where you want to reach in the career of self employment.

How to end the presentation ?
Most speakers end with " OK, the time is over, thanks a lot " etc. It's not a good ending. The effectiveness of speaking depends on how much impacts you put into audience. It means, are your audience are going to take actions with your guidance? A good ending always encourages audience to take actions.
Technique:
The only technique to ending with impacts is
i) go back to start.
At starting point you draged the attention telling them " I will help you to reach where you want to reach ".
In this perspective, you encourage the audience telling them if they take actions on your steps, the strategies can take their business to the next level.

STEP #3
Effective content delivery.
As per Albert Mahribian, university of California, Los Angeles, effectiveness of communication as follows --
I) Body language - 55%
II) Vocal variety -38%
III) Content - 7%
So, here we see that though the content is the main issue in step #3, but the effectiveness on audience are different. Body language impacts the most, then vocal variety and then the main content.
Techniques of body language :
i) don't fidget, picking at clothes.
ii) avoid sitting slumped.
iii) avoid tense facial expression, keep smiling.
iv) never turn your body towards audience.
v) recommend steeple hand method.
vi) avoid unnecessary movements on stage from corner to corner. Movements should be completely under control and only to target specific audience.
Techniques of vocal variety :
i) variation in words ( avoid monotony)
ii) maintain rate of speech, don't hurry, apply pan and pause as necessary.
iii) maintain standard speaking speed, in general 160-180 words per minute is standard.
Techniques of content delivery :
Include personal stories. Story telling should be in three steps
i) set up the story
ii) struggle of the story
iii) success of the story.

" Today in the next 2 hours I will be sharing with you 5 best marketing strategies that can take your business to your dream level" ( audience's benefit )
