One of our recent roof waterproofing works by APP membrane system. This system is very effective & realible for old and damaged roof.

Today All We are working with Liquid membrane (LM) for Waterproofing purpose. Some important properties of LM have to be cheeked before application at site to avoid failure of the system.

Recently We have inspected one G+3 storied building at New Town , Rajarhat, Kolkata which is tilting after 2 years of construction due to weak soil profile and insufficient foundation. After total station survey ,it was found that Inclination of building is less than 1:100 (Which is alarming according to the code of practice. After studying soil Report, structural drawing & design and history of construction, we have recommended for immediate remedial measures to be taken by soil grouting /foundation strengthening.
