"APRIL IS THE CRUELLEST MONTH " is it?
Last April I have spent the most beautiful days of my life at Tattvaa Yogashala Hrishikesh under the guidance of the outstanding teacher Yogi Kamal Singh while doing my YTTC 200 hours.
The syllabus was not easy.
Breathing Meditation & Yoganidra by Yogi Upendra Ji.
Anatomy by Vivek Ji.
Philosophy by Vimal Ji
Workshop by Nabin and Ana.
More than 10hours of practice every day, one rest day after 7days.
All days were very exciting but 29th was very special when everyone has to do 108 Sun Salutations according to the programme .
Now if you ever think of Yoga training in Hrishikesh he is the man Yogi Kamal Singh and his TATTVAA YOGASHALA. No second thought. 🙏🙏🙏
