We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager and Salesman for the Kolkata, West Bengal region.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them.

The Salesman will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Both positions require excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work independently.

Interested candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.

Purpose & Scope: Work in a laboratory setting to conduct research on new or existing paint formulas with minimal supervision. Typical projects the Chemist may work on are new product development or modification of existing products, raw material evaluations, benchmarking studies, sample preparations, color matching, batch process review and specification testing. The R&D Chemist II is expected to design and document all projects be familiar with all QC test procedures and factory processes. He may be required to scale-up batches and work in QC as needed.
