Structural Design Engineer with experience in Analysis, Design & Structural Detailing of Residential, Commercial, Industrial projects of light gauge steel structures.

Candidate should have excellent management and communication skills to lead and train a team for civil/structural design and coordinate effectively among all the services adhering to the project schedule.

He should be well versed with detailing software like STAAD Pro, Vertex CAD/Frame CAD, and AutoCAD

Qualification: MTech Structural Engineering with 5yrs experience or BTech Civil-structures with 8-10 years of experience with at least 3-4yrs in LGSF
Compensation: As per Industry standards

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

To create, maintain & develop the channels partners in the states of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana.
Prepare Sales Targets, Budget and ex*****on.
Ability to understand the profit margins and volume business models.
Coordination with Engineering to prepare quote to clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
An overall 10 Years experience in sales and marketing would be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and ex*****on of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
