Wagon tipplers are use to unload the wagons carrying bulk materials such as coal in thermal power plants. The rotary type wagon tippler is used to dump coal from wagons. The wagons are placed in the barrel for unloading the coal and wagon are hold by clamp. By rotating the barrel the wagon are unloaded.
An effective handling system which can work coordinating with project is wagon tippler, tippler is the best for unloading the coal and it has the cheapest handling system with low maintenance and contains large quantity at a time.

Auxiliary boiler is a power production boiler, It produce power for initiate the process of main production boiler.
The Main power production boiler taking too much of power (Pumping the water, Initial firing, Milling / Pulverise the Coal & ID,FD fan etc..) to initiate steam production. This required power mainly get form some other resource, But it also impact the cost of power production, so Plant itself they produce the power, what it required in initial stage of power production.
Auxiliary boiler is a miniature construction like as subcritical power plant, it may produce 20-45 kW power. After Main power plant to produce the power then auxiliary boiler will be shutdown.

Thermal power plants rely on conveyor transfer systems to transport coal. Belt conveyors help in the transportation of large volumes of coal over long distances. They come with an endless rubber, balata or canvas belt running over pulleys or a pair of end drums, with rollers (idlers) at regular intervals for support. The return idlers that help in the support of the empty belt are plain and fall widely apart. Belt conveyors offer a low power consumption carrying system, with a low initial installation cost. Belt conveyors successfully carry loads on an inclination of up to 20 degrees to the horizon and can carry between 50 to 100 tonnes per hour. It also allows for easy protection of the load from wind and rain with over-head covers. Depending on your needs, you can vary the speed of the belt for a fast or slow transfer rate.

In power plant, fuel is burned to generate high pressure steam. The steam, exhausted from turbine is condensed in condenser. For condensation of steam, either air or water is supplied through the condenser so as to exchange heat from steam. The hot water from condenser discharge is diverted to cooling tower basin through CW return pipe. In the cooling tower heat is dissipated to atmosphere and cold water is stored in cold water basin. The cold water is circulated by gravity flow from cooling tower basin to CW sump through CW channel and forebay. From Sump, water is collected in CW sump and pumped back to condenser through CW supply pipes. Thus in a closed cooling system, the circulating water serves as an intermediate heat transfer medium from which the waste heat is directly rejected to the atmosphere. Natural draft cooling tower's have been used at power plants where large volume of water is not available.

The water flows into the underground CW forebay from CW Channel by gravity. The forebay is typically an underground channel which is trapezoidal in plan with small width at inlet and large width at other end near CW sump. The bottom slab of forebay is uniformly sloping with shallow level at inlet channel end and deeper level at sump end. In other words, the shape of forebay is cut tetrahedron. This shape is required to expand the flow of water from very small width of CW Channel to large width at CW Sump to ensure proper flow control without any turbulence.

A clarifier is generally used to remove solid particulates or suspended solids from liquid for clarification and/or thickening. Inside the clarifier solid contaminants will settle down to the bottom of the tank where it is collected by a scraper mechanism. Concentrated impurities, discharged from the bottom of the tank are known as sludge, while the particles that float to the surface of the liquid are called scum.
