Ardra's Annadanam Project: Spreading Joy on Onam

We wish to inform the successful distribution of Ardra’s Onam food kits with special items on 12-September -2024, at Ardra's office in Devalokom.

This September we starts the 7th year of our Annadanam project.

This made possible by God's grace and the generosity of our well-wishers.

We were honored to have beloved Paulose Ninan Achen, vicar of St.Thomas church
Mudakayam to lead the prayer and hand over the food kits to the recipients.

Achen commended Ardra's dedicated service and expressed his deep admiration and appreciation.

Mr. Thomas P Kuriakose, Regional Manager of Muthoot Group and Br. Manager Cinu Joby
also spoke on the occasion, as this month's food kit was sponsored by Muthoot Financiers.

Ardra officials, beloved KY Wilson Achen, Joseph Alexander, Roy Thomas, IC Thampan , Prof. Dr. Cherian Thomas, OC Chacko, Mrs. Valsa George, Mrs Mariamma Varghese coordinated the distribution of 150 food kits.

However, we still have pending applications awaiting approval due to insufficient funds. If you'd like to contribute to this noble cause during Onam, please remit your donation to the provided bank account details. Contributions are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G (5)(VI) of the Income Tax Act.

മലങ്കര ഓർത്തഡോക്സ് സഭയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക ചാരിറ്റബിൾ സൊസൈറ്റി **ആർദ്ര** യിൽ അടങ്ങപ്പുറം ചാരിറ്റബിൾ സൊസൈറ്റി ലയിപ്പിച്ചപ്പോൾ, ആർദ്രയ്ക്ക് ലഭിച്ചbuilding നവീകരിച്ചതിൻ്റെ കൂദാശ പരിശുദ്ധ കാതോലിക്ക ബാവയും ,അഭി സെറാഫിം തിരുമേനിയും ചേർന്ന് നിർവഹിക്കുന്നു. കോട്ടയം ടൗണിൻ്റെ ഹൃദയഭാഗത്താണ് ഈ കെട്ടിടം. അടങ്ങപ്പുറംസൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ സ്ഥാപകരായRtd.ChiefEnginear പരേതനായ മാത്യുസാറിൻ്റെയും, ഭാര്യപീലുമാത്യുവിൻ്റെയും ഉടമസ്ഥതയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു ഈ സ്ഥലവും വീടും

On August 27, 2024, the Ardra Charitable Society's renovated Adangapurathu (Prashanth) Building, located near the Kottayam Public Library, was consecrated by His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Mathews III Catholicos of the East and the esteemed patron of Ardra.

The ceremony was attended by HG Dr Abraham Mar Seraphim Thirumeni, President of Ardra, office bearers, Executive Committee members, and the Adagapuram family members.

During his speech, His Holiness paid heartfelt tributes to late Mathew Adagapuram and his wife late Pilu Mathew, acknowledging their remarkable contributions to the Malankara Orthodox Church and to the Society.

This milestone event marked a significant chapter in Ardra's history, and we are deeply grateful for the blessings and guidance of our leaders.

Special recognition was given to PS Rajan, retired Executive Engineer and Ardra Executive Committee member, who supervised the renovation work, and was honored by H.H. Bava Thirumeni for his dedication and efforts.
The Adangapuram Society has merged with Ardra, and as part of this amalgamation, the building previously owned by Adangapuram Society has been taken over and undergone extensive renovations. This newly renovated building, now a part of Ardra, has been consecrated and will serve as a valuable asset for the organization's future endeavors.

On 25-July-2024 the Ardra Free Medical Clinic was held at the Ardra Charitable Society's hall in Devalokam, Aramana.

Ardra was honoured to have *Dr. M.S. Alexander* (Malikayil, Pathamuttom) a renowned psychiatrist from the UK, visit the clinic and appreciate Ardra’s activities.

Ardra’s medical team provided dedicated care to the patients, and medications were distributed free of charge.

We are grateful for the support and appreciation, and we look forward to continuing our mission to serve the community.

കോട്ടയം ആർദ്രചാരിറ്റബിൾ സൊസൈറ്റിയുടെ ജൂലൈ മാസത്തെ ഭക്ഷ്യ കിറ്റ് വിതരണം ദേവലോകം അരമന ഓഡിറ്റോറിയത്തിൽ വച്ചു നടന്ന ചടങ്ങിൽ പരി.ബസേലിയോസ് മാത്യൂസ് തൃതീയൻ കാതോലിക്കാബാവാ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു പരി.ബസേലിയോസ് പൗലൂസ് ദ്വിതിയൻ ബാവായുടെ ഓർമ്മയ്ക്കായി സഹോദരൻ പദ്ധതിയും ആർദ്രയും ഒന്നിച്ചുചേർന്നാണ് 135-ഓളം നിർദ്ധനരായ ആളുകൾക്ക് പ്രതിമാസം ഭക്ഷണ കിറ്റ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നത് യോഗത്തിൽ റവ ഫാ കെ. വൈ. വിത്സൺ, സെക്രട്ടറി ശ്രീ. ജോസഫ് അലക്സാണ്ടർ, ട്രഷറാർ ശ്രീ റോയി തോമസ് എന്നിവർ സംസാരിച്ചു.

ആർദ്ര വുമൺസ് ഫോറം ഓണം സെയിലിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച തുകയിൽ നിന്നും ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപ കുമരകം സെന്റ് ജോണ്‍സ് ദേവാലയത്തിലെ ഒരംഗത്തിന് ഭവന നിര്‍മ്മാണനത്തിന​‍് നൽകിയിരുന്നു. ആ ഭവനത്തിൻ്റെ കൂദാശ ചടങ്ങിന് വുമൺസ് ഫോറം അംഗങ്ങൾ സംബന്ധിച്ചു.

മലങ്കര സഭയിൽ ആദ്യമായി രീശ് കോർ എപ്പിസ്കോപ്പ സ്ഥാനം ലഭിച്ച വന്ദ്യ. ഡോ. ജോൺസ് ഏബ്രഹാം കോനാട്ട് റീശ് കോർ എപ്പിസ്കോപ്പായെ പൊന്നാട അണിയിച്ച് അനുമോദനങ്ങൾ അർപ്പിച്ചു.

Job Assistance Initiative

Ardra, the official charity wing of the Malankara Orthodox Sabha, organized the monthly dry Food Kit distribution on February 15th at Devalokom Aramana in commemoration of the memory of L.L. Pathrose Mar Osthathios Thirumeni and L.L. Geevarghese Mar Osthathios Thirumeni. Beloved Rev. Fr. Dr. K. M. George delivered the message.

During the time Ardra's executive committee member and Devalokom Aramana Manager, Beloved V. Rev. Fr. Yacob Thomas, who was elevated to the position of Ramban in December 2023, was also felicitated.

Very Rev. Fr. Yacob Thomas Ramban, Rev. Fr. K.Y. Wilson, Joseph Alexander, Johnson Keeppallil, and Moni Kallemparampil addressed the gathering.
