First official reveal of our fully finished(?) office space, a space we lovingly refer to as our home. Stay tuned to see how a 30-40 year old house was reborn as our home. We are going to be narrating the story publicly for the first time today at IIA Kerala State Awards 23 , as our home has been shortlisted in the commercial category.

TWO Trophies at the Architecture Awards 2023 in Hospitality and Young Architect categories! 🕺🕺✨

6 years back, when our practice was just about 2 years old, we won our first ever award at awards and it holds a special place in our hearts. So, when announced that they were conducting the awards again this year after a 6-year break, we definitely wanted to be a part and to then walk out with TWO trophies is surely delightful to say the least!

The 2-day event at was also a wonderful showcase of the quality of design going on in the state currently and it was a pleasure to meet and interact with a variety of practices of various age groups all of whom are doing terrific work. This inspires us to continue to grow and push our boundaries further.

What a night!

We won the Tostem Asia Design Awards |2023 Tokyo for “Hidden House” !! 🥹❤️

The competition selected 10 residences as winners from the South East Asian region and we are tremendously honoured to have been included in that and to share the dias with such international renowned names in the industry! The event was held as a part of a 3-day conference/trip at Tokyo. It was a delight to interact with the keynote speaker as a part of our panel presentation as well.

MAAYAA - Hillside Resort and Villas

Location : Anakkatti, Attappadi
Type : Hospitality + Residential
Client : Green Meadows group, Coimbatore
Site Area : 16 acres.

Maayaa - Hillside Resort and Villas stays true to its roots and shares the same basic design ethos as its sibling, Maayaa - Riverside Resort and Villas, with its strong tropical modernist influence. However, it also tries to carve its own identity as well by venturing into traditional Chettinad architecture as well as taking some cues from Spanish architecture. The careful amalgamation of these multiple characters is what gives Maayaa Hillside Resort and Villas its unique character. Lush tropical greenery and waterbodies spread across the property manages to tie the various blocks together .

The whole project spreads across 16 acres and is proposed to comprise the resort as well as 86 weekend homes .
