Below is the project details of the proposed Homestay on 24 cents of land with plans to construct three villas on the long stretch of land between the road and Banasura Dam on the way from the Taj Hotel to the old town of Thariod.

Land Cost: 1 cr
Three Villas cost: 55 lakhs
Landscaping cost: 30 lakhs
Other expenses: 15 lakhs

Advance 10 lakhs

20 lakhs per share is estimated, once a share taker pays 10 lakhs in advance, their rights on the land will be written down immediately, and 5 lakhs per share will be paid in two installments within six months as the work progresses.

Once the work is completed, the weekly earnings will be at least 45000 rupees only on weekends and around 2 lakh rupees per month. If the income of other days is increased by 2 lakhs per month, the total monthly revenue is 4 lakhs, after all expenses, at least 2 lakhs per month will be left. Then 1 share holder will get at least twenty thousand rupees per month.

Within a year of completion of the project, the asset value will be at least four crores, which means the share value of each share will become at least 40 lakhs.
