Veg soya kebabs.... Simply irresistible 😍♥️

Ok... All u need is

Primary ingrdients
200 gms soya chunks(kept in warm water for 15 mins to soften up and then removed by hand press to remove the extra water reserve in them)
1 onion
A thumb size ginger
1 average size garlic
4-6 green chillies
50 gms of mint leaves(pudina)

Spices
1 tbs salt
1/2 tbs lal mirch
1/2 tbs degi mirch(for color)
1 tbs dhania powder
1)2 tbs jeera powder
1/2 tvs garam masala (as per strength of the masala)

For binding

1. 1.5 tbs of maida and 1.5 tbs of corn flour(ararot)

Or

2. 3 tbs of besan

Whatever suits u

Process
Now mix all the ingredients in a blender until it forms a keema texture . Make sure chunks are properly blended.

Then add all the.masala and kned well

Last is to add the binding flour either of one.
Your dough should be neither too hard(add water to soften) or too soft(add binding flour to harden)

Make in form of tikki or seekh as per your preference.

Shallow fry in low heat ... I reapeat low heat only or else it will burn and taste will be vanished .

Your kebabs are ready to be served .
