*5 psychological tricks you can use to stay motivated*✍︎
𑁍✪🧠✪𑁍

*1. Have a clear vision*

Your vision must be clear, compelling, and relatable

It's easier to stay motivated when you're sure you actually want to do something

If your heart doesn't speak to it, sticking to the goal will be difficult.🍬✌🏻🌈🌔

*2. Visualization*

This is a simple, yet powerful way to help you stay focused, motivated and achieve your goals

Try and create a mental picture of how you'll feel when you reach your goals

This way you can get through the tasks you hate doing on the road to success.✒️💡📝🌎

*3. Break down your work*

A key to staying motivated is having a manageable workload

Set goals that are impossible to achieve, however, don't limit yourself and dream big!

This way you can easily complete a task which will build your confidence and motivate you.📍🏆🌼🌹

*4. Positive self-talk*

Avoid saying or thinking something like "this is too hard"

Replace it with a statement like "I'm looking forward to the challenge"

Reframing like this can radically shift your perspective

Positive self-talk also leads to higher motivation and self-esteem.❤‍🔥🥂🪷🌟

*5. Acknowledge your wins*

It's essential to pause and recognize all the wins you make

These moments are key because they allow you to recoup your energy from that milestone

That energy can then be used as fuel to setup for the next round.🎇♦️🔝💠
