The designated MOC for the event, Ms. Aanchal Dwivedi and Ms. Shipra Sharma, Assistant professor, SRMSIBS gave a general introduction about SRMSIBS, essence of teamwork and shared that SRMS IBS had organised different team building exercises for the young minds from Sir Syed School. They emphasized upon how team building exercises would gear up the young brigade for challenges they’ll encounter in a changing landscape. The students of BBA of SRMS IBS, gave a wonderful account of team building with an activity that touched chords with everyone. Next up, Dr. Lalit Kumar Yadav, Associate professor, SRMS IBS, provided an incisive analysis of the just-finished activity, bringing to the fore, thus, the key takeaways from the session for young minds of Sir Syed School.

The second activity by students of BBA, SRMS IBS was an add-on to the first activity and directed towards making the students of Sir Syed School aware about how team building exercises will stand them in good stead. organized Boot Camp Championship 2023 for MBA students on Friday, 29.12.2023. That Champions have a trait of being consistent was proven by the new Boot Camp Champion 2023, Swati Suman. She bagged gold medal in Group Discussion, Extempore and Personal Interview rounds emerging as the new champion.

Other medal winners included Divyanshu Tripathi, Arsh Srivastava, Rajneesh Kumar , Ritik Srivastava, and Yogendra Singh . Candidates were assessed on communication skills, current affairs, confidence, pro-activeness, ability to think on their feet, and ability to lead. 23 rd December, 2023. The day unfolded as a spectacular showcase of diverse dance forms, bringing together students from various schools who proved that dance is not just an art, it's
a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and sheer passion.

The Ceremony initiated with the proceedings of lamp lightning and invocation of Maa Sarastwati was done by Respected
Director Sir, Dean sir, and faculty members. and was performed by students of SRMSIBS. The competition accelerated with an explosion of energy as participants from different schools took to the stage, presenting a mesmerizing array of dance styles. From the grace of classical Bharatanatyam to the contemporary flair of hip-hop, the event was a true melting pot of artistic expressions, showcasing the rich tapestry of dance cultures.

The competition was fierce, with participants leaving no stone unturned to captivate both the judges and the enthusiastic audience. As the competition reached its climax, the finale
was nothing short of a visual feast. The finalists showcased their talents with an electrifying fervour that left the audience on the edge of their seats. Vivekanand saraswati shishu mandir inter college unnao stole the show and grabbed the trophy of winner and runner up in Group dance category, DR. Radhakrishnan Vidhya Mandir Inter College got third position . In Solo dance category , Gunjan from Vivekanand school got first position, Shagun and Sakshi from Dr. Radha Krishnan School got second & third position respectively.

Trophies, certificates, and cash prizes were bestowed upon the winners, cementing their status as polar star of the inter-school dance community. Capping -off with national anthem, the event ended on a rhythmic note.

BBA 1st Year students sang beautiful Carols for the audience followed by a Christmas celebration dance, which added a touch of brilliance to the programme. The event concluded with Santa distributing Candies. Overall, the grandeur of the event is sure to reverberate for a long time bringing positivity in its wake.

Sansthan Geet followed the lamp-lighting and subsequently Class Representatives were named for each class across all the courses. The Class Representatives were duly given their batches by Director Sir. Next up, the Club Members for different SRMS IBS Clubs – a platform for showcasing varied skills, were announced. Given the fact that such clubs formed the fulcrum of all SRMS IBS activities, the composition of the clubs assumed great significance.

Standing tall in terms of past academic performances, the Position Holders were rewarded by esteemed Director to thundering applause and cheers. After all, a celebrated success is much more sweeter! Inducting students for being the flag bearers across the positions like President, Vice-President and Treasurer of SRMSIBS, Director Sir gave badges to the deserving candidates for the aforesaid positions.

In attendance were Faculty Members and Staff from both the institutes of the . As per the ritual, pooja was performed in the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Temple comprising pious statues of Shri RadhaKrishnaji, Lord Shiva and Lord Hanuman. Aarti was performed with everyone offering their obseicance to the God.

Following on, the main ritual of the day - Lighting of Diyas, both inside and outside the temple was a sight to behold and admire in awe of the charged up atmosphere.

As part of the ongoing 'Campaign Blue' under the aegis of The Cinemaniacs - The Movie Club, an 'All-Female Faculty' match was organised at D Block, SRMS IBS on Saturday, 18th November, 2023.

The match, a novel addition to the Campaign Blue stable, had all the ingredients of excitement, nervous moments, and skillful display.

Both teams lived up to the billing and provided moments of sparkle. Notable performances from both sides - Dr. Suruchi Tripathi Ms. Aanchal Dwivedi, Ms. Shipra Sharma, and Ms. Fariya Parveen, gave a wonderful advertisement for the larger cause of support to the Men In Blue (Team India) as they prepare for a place in history with Sunday's (November 19th) showdown with the Aussies in the final of the ICC World Cup.

In a spectacular display of agility and teamwork, students from various schools in Unnao came together to participate in the most-awaited Inter-School event that unfolded at , Unnao on 4th November 2023. The event, organized by of , served as a testament to the power of sports in uniting the education landscape. It brought together young athletes, coaches, teachers, and enthusiastic spectators, creating an electric atmosphere filled with cheers and
camaraderie. Initiating the proceedings, the event started with lamp-lighting and reverence to Maa Saraswati by Respected Dean and Event Coordinators of SRMS International Business School - SRMS IBS and Sports Faculty from the participating Schools. This was further followed by the Sansthan Geet sung by students.

The competition witnessed remarkable skills on display, with teams showcasing their speed, agility, and strategic manoeuvres. The players left no stone unturned, battling it out in the spirit of true sportsmanship. After fierce battles on the Kho-Kho field, the top teams emerged victorious. In Boys category, Sir Syed Public School secured the first position, stood as the runners-up, Dr. Radha Krishnan Vidya Mandir School clinched the third spot, and Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College, Kanpur got fourth position. In Girls Category, the Team from Sir Syed Public School again dominated the team of Saraswati Vidya Mandir and snatched the first position with a decent margin. DR. Radhakrishnan Vidhya Mandir Inter College clinched the third spot, and got the fourth position.

The participants were felicitated with trophies, medals and cash prizes by Respected Director, SRMS IBS, Prof. Shyamal Gupta The event drew an impressive crowd of students, teachers, and parents who cheered on their favourite teams, adding an extra
layer of excitement to the event. The event ended on a positive note and finely captured the uniting power of games and sports.

With a packed house including the inspiring presence of Respected Director, SRMS IBS, Prof. Shyamal Gupta, Faculty Members, and Students, the Special Correspondent/Bureau
Chief of India Today TV/ Aaj Tak for Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Abhishek Mishra went live on India Today TV, interacting with the Director, Faculty, and Students in a pre-match (India Vs Sri Lanka) show organised by the channel. With a charged up atmosphere amidst chants of ‘ ’ and ‘ ’ in the background, it made for a compelling interaction.

As part of the ongoing ‘ ’ under the aegis of The Cinemaniacs – Movie Club SRMS International Business School - SRMS IBS, two Cricket Matches were organised at the Open Audi Lawns on Thursday, November 2 nd , 2023 from 9 AM onwards, firstly involving Faculty Members and Staff and later the students. The proceedings kicked-off with the traditional lamp-lighting and reverence to Maa Saraswati by Respected Dean, SRMS IBS, Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Pandey, and the Club Coordinators, Dr. Tanmay Pant, Ms. Shramishtha Srivastava, and Ms. RifatIqbal.

In the faculty match, Team Knight Riders led by Mr. Vaibhav Srivastava was clinical in seeing-off the challenge posed by Team Power Titans led by Mr. Rajkumar Srivastava. In the match between students, Team Manchester led by Shubham Kishor defeated Team Panther led by Aditiya Rai. Played in true spirit of the game, both the matches provided wholesome
entertainment to the audience. In a privileged moment for SRMS IBS, the award ceremony was covered by India’s most
reputed and visible media outlet, THE INDIA TODAY GROUP (India Today TV/Aaj Tak). With the inspiring presence of Respected Director, SRMS IBS, Prof. Shyamal Gupta and the Bureau Chief/Special Correspondent of India Today TV/ Aaj Tak for Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Abhishek Mishra, the award ceremony enthralled one and all.
