Hi friends, we consume cooking oil almost everyday.. There are different varieties of oils but do we know which is the healthier option? ..
Starting with the refined oils like soyabean oil, rice bran oil, canola oil, vegetable oil etc, they are considered as the worst cooking oil. Refining is a multistage process which includes oil extraction at very high temperature using many chemicals hence all the vitamins and minerals in them are destroyed. Then it goes through neutralization of taste and deodourisation. So in the process of refining all the healthy properties are destroyed which causes serious health issues.. ..
Filtered oil or cold compressed oil like mustard oil,coconut oil, groundnut oil etc contains essential fatty acids required by the body. We all know Calcium=Milk=strong bones.....

This couldn't be more wrong for us.
Milk is not the best source of calcium for us.

Lemon Ginger Detox Drink

Hello friends,just think about it,if you start the day off treating your body right you will want to keep up the good work all the day long.. So today we will be talkin about detox or detox drinks.
