10th Yoga day Celebration at Ankerite Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Lucknow.
We had an incredible Yoga Day event at Ankerite Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Lucknow. The atmosphere was filled with peace, positivity, and a sense of community as students, faculty, and guests came together to embrace the holistic benefits of yoga.
The day began with an invigorating yoga session led by our expert instructors, guiding us through a series of asanas and pranayama practices. Everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners, found joy and tranquility in the movements and breathwork.
