Complaining !!!
it’s a waste of precious energy
"To complain is always nonacceptance of what is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself into a victim. So change the situation by taking action; leave the situation or accept it. All else is madness.”

I have found that many things in my life did not deserve my complaints and it was a waste of precious energy and time…
Some people create and manifest problems with a busy facade to look important as they complain about their problems and being busy. Some people create and manifest illness - and some just complain about everything.
And all this talk, all this whining, all of it is nothing short of a lesson in futility because it’s completely brought on by their own will; it’s madness, pure madness.
Don’t complain. Do gratitude; it re-energizes your soul and takes you places inside out.

SOME SOCIAL RULES THAT MAY HELP YOU:
1. Don’t call someone more than twice continuously. If they don’t pick up your call, presume they have something important to attend to;
2. Return money that you have borrowed even before the person that borrowed you remember or ask for it. It shows your integrity and character. Same goes with umbrellas, pens and lunch boxes.
3. Never order the expensive dish on the menu when someone is giving you a lunch/dinner.
4. Don’t ask awkward questions like ‘Oh so you aren’t married yet?’ Or ‘Don’t you have kids’ or ‘Why didn’t you buy a house?’ Or why don't you buy a car? For God’s sake it isn’t your problem;
5. Always open the door for the person coming behind you. It doesn’t matter if it is a guy or a girl, senior or junior. You don’t grow small by treating someone well in public;
6. If you take a taxi with a friend and he/she pays now, try paying next time;
7. Respect different shades of opinions. Remember what's 6 to you will appear 9 to someone facing you. Besides, second opinion is good for an alternative;
8. Never interrupt people talking. Allow them to pour it out. As they say, hear them all and filter them all;
9. If you tease someone, and they don’t seem to enjoy it, stop it and never do it again. It encourages one to do more and it shows how appreciative you're;
10. Say “thank you” when someone is helping you.
11. Praise publicly. Criticize privately;
12. There’s almost never a reason to comment on someone’s weight. Just say, “You look fantastic.” If they want to talk about losing weight, they will;
13. When someone shows you a photo on their phone, don’t swipe left or right. You never know what’s next;
14. If a colleague tells you they have a doctors' appointment, don’t ask what it’s for, just say "I hope you’re okay". Don’t put them in the uncomfortable position of having to tell you their personal illness. If they want you to know, they'll do so without your inquisitiveness;
15. Treat the cleaner with the same respect as the CEO. Nobody is impressed at how rude you can treat someone below you but people will notice if you treat them with respect;
16. If a person is speaking directly to you, staring at your phone is rude;
17. Never give advice until you’re asked;
18. When meeting someone after a long time, unless they want to talk about it, don’t ask them their age and salary;
19. Mind your business unless anything involves you directly - just stay out of it;
20. Remove your sunglasses if you are talking to anyone in the street. It is a sign of respect. More so, eye contact is as important as your speech; and
21. Never talk about your riches in the midst of the poor. Similarly, don't talk about your children in the midst of the barren.
22.After reading a good message try to say "Thanks for the message".

माथे पर तनी हुई लकीरों और सलवटों से बोलता है
अनिद्रा और अतिनिद्रा से बोलता है
अपनी आवाज पर लगाम लगा सकते हो तुम
पर भीतर संवाद शुरू हो जाता है
हम बीमार इसलिए होते हैं
क्योंकि न पचने वाले रेशों को
दिल में समेट कर रख लेते हैं
दर्द हमेशा हमेशा हमारे साथ रहने के लिए नहीं आया है
वह तो सिर्फ़ एक अर्ध विराम है, पूर्ण विराम नहीं !
बोलना हमारी आत्मा को सुकून पहुंचाता है
इसलिए लिखो !

अपने पैरों को तैयार करो
और नृत्य की मुद्रा में आ जाओ

दोस्तों से मिलो - फोन पर ही सही
पार्क में दौड़ लगाओ
अपने से बात करो
अपने कुत्ते से बतियाओ
कुछ नहीं तो आसमान की ओर देखकर चिल्लाओ
बस चुप मत रहो
तुमने जो झेला
अगर उसे निगल लिया
तो डूबने के अलावा कोई चारा नहीं तुम्हारे पास
आखिर तुम्हारा दिल एक गोदाम, एक कबाड़खाना तो नहीं है न, दोस्त !
और शरीर यह जानता है
इसीलिए बोलता है !
These kids? They're listening.
They hear us when we complain. They know when we are talking about them.
They're not ignorant. They're not dumb.
They are so smart. They're processing everything we say. They are building their vocabulary, their character, and developing little personalities based on what they hear.
When I say, "He's my stubborn child..." He hears me.
When you say, "She is wild..." She hears you.
I'll never forget the day my oldest told me he was giving his food to his younger brother because "he's the good eater."
My mouth dropped. I probably said my younger was "the good eater" a dozen times.
You guys, they're listening to everything we say.
If you want your kids thinking they're "hard, stubborn or defiant..." keep telling your friends this out loud in front of them.
But in that same vein… If you want your kids knowing they are brave, adventurous, creative and kind, say it for them to hear.
Because they will.
Can we please stop associating being a good person with how much you’re willing to suffer in silence for other people?
You can be a kind person and still say “no, I don’t have the time/energy to help you with that.”
You can be a kind person and still say “this makes me uncomfortable, please stop.”
You can be a kind person and still say “I disagree and here’s why.”
You can be kind and still say “I’m not okay with this.” Being kind is about treating people with kindness and respect, not about being the human equivalent of a doormat.

1. You cannot finish all the house chores in one day. Those who did are stressfully sick and some are buried already.
2. Please create time to rest, it is not a sin to sit down , put up your legs on the table and pick popcorn whilst reading a book or just relaxing
3. Please sleep if need be that headache will go. Those who refuse to take vacation, or leave, or time out or rest time, their families are missing them because they have gone untimely to their maker.
4. Stop taking sedatives to sleep, you are destroying your brain and organs. At a point you will begin to forget things. Relax the brain , worry less, think less, laugh more , smile more. Everything will pass with time.
5. Sometimes go and sit outside quietly on your own, do nothing say nothing , just admire God's handiwork, breathe in fresh air calmly. Hurry not.
6. Stand by your mirror smile to yourself, laugh , dance sing, that turns on a positive aura around you so you can glow.
7. Go buy yourself a snack or two or drink if you choose to do so. Just do something for yourself, so you offload the things in your head.
8. Get necessary home gadgets to ease your work in order to avoid stress. Stress is the highest silent killer of women.
9. If you are not feeling well say it , do something about it, go to health centre, hospital or call a nearby nurse, do not sit around, your life matters .
10. Check your blood pressure and sugar level occasionally, whether you are sick or not. It has saved a lot of women in the past. Trust me on this.

PERFECT CHILDREN - Breeding a UTOPIA ??
The right kind of education is not concerned with any ideology, however much it may promise a future Utopia: it is not based on any system, however carefully thought out; nor is it a means of conditioning the individual in some special manner. Education in the true sense is helping the individual to be mature and free, to flower greatly in love and goodness. That is what we should be interested in, and not in shaping the child according to some idealistic pattern.
Any method which classifies children according to temperament and aptitude merely emphasizes their differences; it breeds antagonism, encourages divisions in society and does not help to develop integrated human beings. It is obvious that no method or system can provide the right kind of education, and strict adherence to a particular method indicates sluggishness on the part of the educator. As long as education is based on cut-and-dried principles, it can turn out men and women who are efficient, but it cannot produce creative human beings.
Be brave enough to break your own heart …
When we are down, it is good to remember what many be catastrophic to some is minor to another so gathering up all the courage you can find when faced with diversity is key. Our battles are no bigger or smaller than others, they are just different. A different place, a different time, a different view and our suffering is gauged upon our tolerance to pain, logic, and the ability to rise above it all.
This is about reeling-in the mind (confining it) a bit to keep it from spinning.
Is it easy?
No, not at all, but self-control is imperative for sanity because there is always someone less fortunate, more hungry, more tired, and experiencing more loss – never to diminish what we are feeling - but if we can take a breath in gratitude and fill our lungs with the power of that indebtedness knowing one thing is for sure…. if we are breathing, we have survived and as in all things when we are down ... this too shall pass.

If we follow the Broaden and build theory,we see we have to broaden our perspectives to get a bigger vision.
For this we need to understand that everyday is a new life and everyday we need to take a step towards achieving our goals.Thus, a day wasted is equivalent to wastage of one whole life which we get since morning till evening.
How meaningful day are we creating is our very own responsibility. That means, How did you make others feel today, How many people smiled by just having a glance of you or How you created a difference in yours and somebody else's life ?
These things certainly needs to be introspected and our everyday victories no matter how small, has to be celebrated each day.
Honor each day of your life and create a purpose.Thats how you thrive and flourish.
Most often my clients share that they feel guilty when act weak and vulnerable.They try to shun their negative emotions and the guilt of going in a shell breaks them.
Remember, just before Caterpillar encountered a great deal of darkness inside the cocoon,it turned out to be a butterfly.Allow yourself the time and space to rebuild yourself.
The Story of the Donkey and Tiger
The donkey told the tiger:
′′The grass is blue".
The tiger replied:
′′No, the grass is green".
The discussion became heated up, and the two decided to submit the issue to arbitration, and to do so they approached the lion, King of the Jungle.
Before reaching the clearing in the forest where the lion was sitting on his throne, the donkey started screaming:
′′Your Highness, is it true that grass is blue?".
The lion replied:
"True, the grass is blue".
The donkey rushed forward and continued:
′′The tiger disagrees with me and contradicts me and annoys me please punish him".
The king then declared:
′′The tiger will be punished with 5 years of silence".
The donkey jumped for joy and went on his way, content and repeating: ′′The grass is blue"...
The tiger accepted his punishment, but he asked the lion:
′′Your Majesty, why have you punished me, after all, the grass is green?"
The lion replied: ′′In fact, the grass is green".
The tiger asked: ′′So why do you punish me?"
The lion replied: ′′That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is because it is not possible for a brave, intelligent creature like you to waste time arguing with a donkey, and on top of that to come and bother me with that question".
The worst waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who doesn't care about truth or reality, but only the victory of their beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on discussions that make no sense... There are people who for all the evidence presented to them, do not have the ability to understand, and others who are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and the only thing that they want is to be right even if they aren’t. When ignorance screams, intelligence shuts up. Your peace and tranquility are worth more.
