Patient came with severe pain . On examination of X-ray , broken instrument ( Two Separate File ) was seen .
File Bypass done and Tooth saved successfully .

Patient came to clinic with severe pain from a distant kilometer apart . He visited many clinics there for removal of Pen's nib , which he himself inserted inside tooth . One doctor referred patient to the clinic , for removal of Nib .
After removal of Pen's nib with Ultrasonic , patient was again sent back to previous doctor for completion of RCT .

Patient came to clinic with complaint of severe sensitivity in lower right pre molar .
EARLIER THE COMPLAINT WAS OF FOOD LODGEMENT AND PATIENT GOT THE CROWN PREPARATION DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE which led to severe sensitivity .
We opted for single sitting Root Canal Treatment .

The procedure ( DENTAL LAMINATES ) is minimally invasive and requires a small amount of enamel be removed to improve appearance giving patients a better looking smile .

Patient was Hypertensive 74 years old underwent open heart surgery 6 months back .
Surgical Extraction of lower molar was attempted twice in Hyderabad but still there was existing Root Fragment.
Surgical Extraction was done followed by Immediate Implant Placement .
