Learning to use the toilet is an important milestone for both caregivers and children. For a child, it is a step toward independence and self-sufficiency. Toilet training can be a long journey for many kids with autism for many different reasons. Using visuals to support understanding is really important for children with communication challenges. We are using visuals for toilet training to our children that gives them a very clear instruction on how to use and when to use toilet ,indeed to mention that it is helping them to great extent.
Does self-feeding help the children ?
The answer is Yes !!!
It reflects the readiness of early motor development and environmental impacts as well as the onset of self-feeding as a developmental milestone in the process of development of motor skills. Children learning to feed themselves are developing independence, fine motor skills and food awareness at the same time. Knowing the importance of of self feeding ,we are making sure to inculcate this practice among our children.
Great visuals does the magic as attention span in human is very short lived so we wanted our children to get the content of the game as swiftly as possible. We are taking out our children to play cricket followed by the visual of Cricket to make sure that they understand the rules and regulations of the game. Children are able to connect the classroom learning with real life situations while they are out to play the same game.
Learning Disabilities among children is a major challenge for Teachers and Parents and it’s very important to identify the same at very starting age of a child ,Here are some learning Disabilities, one should look for…
As the winter is at peak, we are not taking our children for any outdoor activity, but we are not keeping our children away from physical workout. We are making them play Table Tennis, ring balance race, Tug of War, Spoon balance. These are some indoor activities to make sure that children are not deprived of physical activities during winter season.

As you all are aware of Annual Day celebration which is going to happen on 2nd April, 2024. We are all excited and preparing for the same. Children are practicing hard to put up the best show .Some glimpse of children gearing for the same.

Makar Sankranti was celebrated at our center with great zeal by all of us. There was special fingers licking Khichdi made by Archana mam on this special occasion . Everyone loved having it at the center and was soaked in festive spirit with most liked moments of kite flying.

Music therapy has been recognized as a valuable and effective intervention for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Music therapy is done at our center to enhance attention and concentration. Rhythmic patterns and melodic elements is helping to improve focus and cognitive processing. Certified music therapist is working with individuals to create personalized interventions aiming to address their unique challenges and strengths.

Another Saturday group activity planned by us to make children learn color and learning is always the best when children get to experience real life scenarios. Grown up children are taught the Traffic rules and regulations to get them familiar and make them independent when it comes to crossing the roads as well as walking on the roads.
