*The Desert Dash*
*2024*

Dates: 6 Jan '24 to 10 Jan '24

Category: 4/5 Star Hotels/Resorts

Tentative Itinerary:

6 Jan:
Drive from Ldh to Bikaner. (Approx 8 hours)
Stay at Naralendra Bhawan, or similar.
Evening drinks, while enjoying Live Rajasthani folk performances.
Snacks will be served by the Hotel, along with soft drinks/Juices.
Dinner Buffet by Hotel.

7 Jan:
Enjoy a couple hours of Offroading in Thar Desert, after checkout from the hotel.
Drive to Jaisalmer (approx 5 hours)
Check in at Hotel.
Hotel Mohangarh Fort Palace, or Similar.
Enjoy your time at leisure.
Evening drinks, while enjoying Live Rajasthani folk performances.
Meet n Greet by the Bonfire.
Snacks will be served by the Hotel, along with soft drinks/Juices.
Dinner Buffet by Hotel.

8 Jan:
Leave for a hard-core Dune-Bashing experience in the Thar Desert.
You may use your own vehicle, or use the numerous Jeeps available there.
Spend the day in the Desert.
Enjoy the Desert Sunset.
Get back to Hotel a repeat program from previous Evening.

8 Jan:
Check out from Hotel.
Drive to Hanumangarh (Approx 6 hours), and check in at Hotel.
GM Resorts, or Similar.

Evening at leisure. Snacks, drinks and Dinner at the hotel.
Spend the last evening together, to reminisce all that happened in the last 4 days.

9 Jan: Check out from Hotel.
Drive to Ludhiana (Approx 7 hours)

Inclusions:
1. Breakfasts at Hotels
2. Dinners at Hotels
3. Snacks at the Hotels
4. Mixers, Soda, Water with drinks
5. OTR Trails
6. Permissions arrangement
7. Coordination with Indian Army
8. Logistical Support from Hotels or other local Agencies, wherever needed

We're thrilled to announce the Chamba Trails trip with *3 BRAND NEW TRAILS* that you won't want to miss. Here are the details:

🗓️ *Dates*: 28th - 30th Oct '23

🏨 **Rooms Available**: 10 (at a Forest Resort)

*Itinerary*:
*28th Oct*:
- Depart from Ludhiana on Friday morning
- Lunch en route to Chamba
- Check-in and evening snacks at the Hotel
- Dinner at the Hotel

*29th Oct*:
- Breakfast at the Hotel
- Trail #1 to Kali-Top for a 360° view of Dhauladhar
- Trail #2 through Dalhousie (in Kalatop Forest)
- Afternoon at leisure in Dalhousie
- Evening Snacks and Drinks, followed by Dinner

*30th Oct*:
- Check-out after breakfast
- Trail #3 will be done en route to Ludhiana via Pathankot District

It is time to honor the Ladies of PJC during these Summer Vacations.

Introducing:

*Ladies Special OTR Drive*
A special Off-the-Road Drive where all the vehicles will be driven by Ladies of PJC. Men may participate too, but only as passengers.

It will be a half-day Drive which will take place locally, at Mattewara Forest.

Conditions:
- Pre-Registration Mandatory
- Non 4X4 SUV vehicles may also participate
- Non Member Vehicles may participate, but they will be charged a special price
- PJC Stickers are mandatory
- Snacks, Drinks, and other refreshments will be made available to all participants

Participation Price for Member Vehicles: ₹1000 Per person (₹700 for kids below 12 yrs)
Participation Price for Non Member Vehicles: ₹1500 Per person

Recon, or simply 'Recce' is the most important partnof preparing for any OTR Drive.
This is how we make sure that all participants are safe even when they are out on a Daring Adventure. This is how our Recce Team looms after a successful Recce.

Next OTR is on 19th March '23, Sunday.
At Mirzapur, Siswan Forest, Kurali.

Includes:
- Breakfast at Bake Fresh, South City Ludhiana
- Forest Rest House Mirzapur has been booked for relaxation.
- Trails for offroading provided by Near 2 Nature Farms at Mirzapur.
- Lunch at Near 2 Nature Farms
- Trail no. 2 leads from FRH Mirzapur to Top of mountain, near PB-HP Border, where we can view Mirzapur Lake.
