While the plaid motifs distinctly contrast the murmurs of the dark wood panels, they simultaneously camouflage to unify the visual elements. Strong green bedding simply elevates the overall visual interest.

The case of a cosy home office, wrapped in splendour…

A colonial-era workstation against the muted linen drapery overlooks the room’s focal point — the floor-to-ceiling bookcase. The backdrop, tiny but expressive botanical motifs, becomes the perfect backdrop.

To be in this intimate and elegant office would surely feel like being transported to the workspaces of the yesteryear.

When reimagining conventional materiality for luxe living spaces, the idea of untreated exposed concrete as a primary material would rarely arise.

However, for this family house in Raipur, the exposed concrete surfaces don’t just anchor the living areas but also morph into other forms for different spaces across the house.

The warmth of the dark wood neutralises the rawness of the exposed concrete, collectively showcasing the elegance of a truly uncomplicated design. With uninterrupted natural light from one side and the mellowing soft light from the fixtures, the light becomes pivotal in carving the cozy caverns out of its shell.
