We are looking for senior architects to work for us in Madurai.
Responsibilities

Overall design management including creating work plans and maintaining budget and coordination trackers for up to 6 small to medium projects leading teams of
1-2 junior architects.

Quality control and checking of working drawings, presentations, renders, materials specifications, bills of quantities, and consultant drawings.

Setting up protocols for Sketchup and AutoCAD files.

-Managing coordination and communication with clients, technical consultants, contractors, vendors, and design teams on projects.

Setting up team protocols, workflows, and supervision and mentoring of junior architects on all aspects of concept design, design development, tender & working drawings, and site supervision.

Assisting principal architect with marketing materials and concept pitches.
Qualifications

Bachelors in Architecture.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and can-do attitude trumps all else.

Software skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign.

Minimum 5 years of experience

Team building and management skills are a plus.
