Polymorphous adenocarcinoma Rt Parotid cT3N0M0, performed Rt Total conservative parotidectomy with Rt level II-III Clearance
POD 2, slight marginal paresis, eye closure absolutely normal

this patient with HB10.2, albulin 2.3, 41kg was planned for surgery in view of cT3N0M0 Supraglottic CA with dysfunctional larynx (tracheostomy tube dependence and aspiration)
