Sector 123 Mohali

Hello everyone,

On 27-Nov-2022, Mr. JS Bajwa along with his staff approached RWA 123 President S. Balwant Singh at his residence about 2.00 pm with certain proposals. Mr. Harjinder Kumar Sharma and Dr B.S. Multani were requested to join there.

1. He asked to get the electricity motor connections for water supply separately in each block in the name of the individual associations and directly deposit the bills to PSPCL. The residents will have to deposit their water supply bills to the respective associations. This will be taken in a general body meeting which is probably is not the responsibility of the associations.

2. He claims to have a residential plot in between plots number 888 and 889 in block B on the way to Gurdwara Sahib & Mandir.
President ji showed him Punjab Local Bodies approved plan of 40 feet road prevailing there. He had to be satisfied with this approved Plan.

3. RWA 123 apprised him to complete the internal roads in the whole sector, block wise. He assured us to complete block A & B within 15 days and then block C and other areas of the sector.

4. He also said that he has given a contract to Dhindsa Group to complete the pending works for underground electricity cables and installation of meter panels particularly in block C and remaining areas.

5. He was convinced to install the STP as per the approved layout plan of GMADA and he agreed to start working there in a day or two. The Portable STP has already been challenged in the PPCB Patiala which is unauthorised and without any approval from PPCB & GMADA.

A general body meeting will be called after the hearing of our court cases in Punjab and Haryana HC on 08/12/2022 against BDL.

On the basis of pending complaints with SDM Kharar, on Feb 1st team of MC officials was deputed to check the status of developments. RWA members took them around and updated about pathetic situation of Roads, Sewerage etc.

ਜਦੋਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਬੂਥ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਦੇ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਨਾਮ ਵੋਟਰ ਸੂਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਆਪਣਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਜਾਂ ਵੋਟਰ ਆਈ ਡੀ ਕਾਰਡ ਦਿਖਾਓ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਾ 49A ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ "ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਵੋਟ" ਲਈ ਕਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਓ। ਜੇਕਰ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਵੋਟ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਪਾਈ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ "ਟੈਂਡਰ ਵੋਟ" ਮੰਗੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਪਾਓ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਬੂਥ 'ਤੇ 14% ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਟੈਂਡਰ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਦਰਜ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਬੂਥ 'ਤੇ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਪੋਲਿੰਗ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰੋ। ਬਹੁਤ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੂਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰੋ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਤਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
