International Competition

This year Sri Lanka hosted an extraordinary SIP Abacus International Prodigy event, with 806 students taking part from India, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, New Zealand and Nepal. The event also saw most of the Country Heads representing a diverse array of nations including India, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, UAE, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Tanzania, and Bangladesh. It was a competition for the smartest brains from many countreis. On the cue, around 806 young SIP Abacus students got into what could be described as a tough task, solving 200+ calculations in just 11 minutes. And for that, they had to do math calculations faster than a calculator!
