He should articulates and implements the organization's strategy for selling Financial products or services.

He should develops forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability.

He actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers.

He should be able to provide Service after Sales.

Knowledge of All products Like Insurance, Mutual Funds and Health Insurance.

Convert Lead/Prospect into a Customer for the Company.

He should be kept abreast of industry trends, market and competitors' activities, and serves as a business representative at major industry events, conferences or trade shows. He leads presentations for business development and is involved in meetings with key business stakeholders.

He has strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills. He must have a good understanding of market demand and customer purchasing behaviour. He is also required to build and maintain quality relationships with customers .

All the support from Reporting Manager will be provided for guiding on transactions related to Mutual Funds, Life Insurance and health Insurance.
