A very spectacular and inspiring performance was given by our mentors Bhakti Tai and Chinmay Dada at "Aaroh 2024" , an annual progrm of Madhuraang.

We gave the First Kathak Exam 🙂🙃🙂

Visharad- a graduation level in Kathak.

Like any other graduation, Visharad exam syllabus is vast. Presenting rangmanch pradarshan for half an hour requires a great amount of practice and dedication. Managing this along with the job was a real task for them. But when there is a will, there is a way. They both balanced their jobs and regular dance practice and brought first class in their visharad exam.

Exam anxiety and to top it up May summers...Everyone from Group 3 were ready for their Level 3 - Dance exams...With the intense heat, they were dripping with sweat...to make the situation even worse..no slightest hope of breeze ( NO fans in the exam waiting area)

It is said that "Hardships bring out the best in people."
And it was proved by our students.

Results are out..Not just that all students got First class, 5 of them received Distinction in their level 3 exams.
Kudos to the spirit !!

They appeared for their very first dance exam in April. They felt nervous, but they had prepared well and thus managed to control their anxiety.

Waiting for results was the hardest part...Now the wait is over...results are out... and Bravo! Both cleared Level 1 with the First class.

Amongst all dancers, there was a little boy...
When he entered the stage, he looked very shy...
But as he began his Tabla playing...
The audience went silent and started swaying 🙌🙌🙌

It was a pleasure to have Shruti as the program compere , with her versatile hosting, the event was even more enjoyed by audiences.

Special thanks for the backstage artists - sound, lights , stage , makeup - who made the performances effective and helped us to reach the audience.

We would also like to thank our extended family - our volunters who helped us organize and execute the program seamlessly.

Admist the audience applause the senior group of Madhuraang took the program ahead and presented Taal Teentaal, wherein they performed some of the special compositions such as farmaishi, parmelu, tishrajati, etc.
The recognition and the appreciation from the audience at the end of every composition was encouraging and motivated the performers.
