Meet Sahil Rajawat, a man of many talents who manages to balance his final year of law studies with his passion for coffee at abCoffee. Sahil comes from a family of 4, including him. His father and elder brother work abroad, and his mother is a housewife. Born and brought up in Mumbai, Sahil's journey took an unexpected turn after completing 12th grade when he decided to study law to gain deep knowledge about it.

However, fate had other plans for him. While studying law, Sahil discovered his passion for coffee, especially after realizing the stark difference between instant coffee and specialty coffee. Intrigued, he decided to explore the world of coffee further and found abCoffee to be the perfect place to do so.
When Sahil joined as a Barista, he had a clear idea that he would not only work but also learn extensively about coffee. True to his words, within a month, he quickly adapted to the environment, and he received exceptional training at abCoffee, which laid the foundation for his remarkable journey in the world of coffee.

One of Sahil's most memorable experiences being a barista has been building friendships with customers who now consider him a friend and reach out to him directly for coffee. This aspect of his job has made his work incredibly rewarding, and he cherishes these connections deeply.

Working as a coffee artist has had a profound impact on Sahil's life, leading him to dream of building his coffee company in the future He feels appreciated when the guests praise his coffee, and this appreciation is what drives his passion to brew excellent coffee every time.

Sahil's ability to balance his final year of law studies with his passion for coffee at abCoffee is a testament to his dedication and passion.

His journey from studying law to becoming a passionate coffee barista is a perfect example that following your passion can lead to remarkable discoveries and fulfillment in life.

Meet Akanksha, a strong-willed and hardworking barista who found her calling at abCoffee. In the bustling city of Mumbai, amidst the bustling streets and vibrant culture, there exists a place where dreams are brewed along with coffee.

Akanksha’s journey began in Bhandup, where she pursued her passion for the restaurant industry. Despite her family’s initial disapproval, she completed her graduation in art and a Quick Service Course, eager to delve into the world of hospitality.

Her journey, however, took a detour when her family urged her to join a call center, steering her away from her true passion. For almost a year, Akanksha worked in the call center, but her heart was always in the world of cafes and restaurants.

Determined to follow her dreams, Akanksha fought for her place in the industry and returned to work in a cafe, where she honed her skills for two years. However, the COVID-19 pandemic brought unforeseen challenges, and Akanksha found herself without a job once again.

Despite these setbacks, Akanksha’s spirit remained unbroken. She took a break, reflecting on her journey and waiting for the right opportunity to come along. That opportunity came in the form of abCoffee.

Joining abCoffee was a turning point for Akanksha. Here, she found more than just a job; she found a family that nurtured her passion and encouraged her to grow. The supportive environment and the opportunity to learn new things every day reignited Akanksha’s love for her profession.

Today, Akanksha stands tall as a shining example of strength and hard work. Her journey from overcoming familial objections to finding her true calling at abCoffee is a testament to the fact that no dream is too big to achieve with the right blend of passion and perseverance.

After her father’s passing, she became the sole financial support for her family, which includes her mother and two brothers, who are also working. It’s been her dream to brew and serve exceptional coffee, leading her to pursue a career as a barista.

Having worked with several coffee brands before, Alisha’s journey has brought her to abCoffee, where she has completed one year. This job has been particularly fulfilling, allowing her to delve into the intricacies of coffee, from different bean varieties to the nuances of specialty coffee.

One of the most rewarding aspects of her job is getting to know our regular guests’ coffee preferences. This familiarity has helped her create meaningful connections and enhance their experience at abCoffee.

She is grateful for the support and appreciation from her area managers, who have encouraged her and helped her grow, both in terms of customer service skills and brewing techniques.

Working at abCoffee has not only honed her skills but also deepened her passion for coffee. It’s been a fulfilling journey, and she looks forward to continuing to learn and grow in this dynamic field.
