🌈 We kicked off our Pride celebration at Downtown Powai, Mumbai with over 350 participants, creating an unforgettable day! 🏳️‍🌈 The support from our tenants like TIAA, Nomura, HDFC Life Securities, M&G Global, and more made the event a huge success.

A lively flash mob got everyone dancing, and the 'Paint Your Posters' session turned our campus into a vibrant art scene. 🎨

The highlight was an inspiring oath-taking ceremony with the Pride Circle team, reaffirming our commitment to inclusivity. We also recognised our talented artists with awards. 🏆

We are proud to announce that since May 11, 2024, Candor TechSpace, Sector 62, and Candor TechSpace, Sector 135 in Noida have been receiving 40% of their electrical energy from the Brookfield Solar Plant in Bikaner. This pioneering initiative is reducing carbon emissions by 11,000 MT annually, marking a significant step towards our sustainability goals.

Our commitment to green energy reflects our dedication to a cleaner future, with a goal of achieving 100% green power by 2027.

Downtown Powai, Mumbai:
- Plantation of Miyawaki Trees: We planted over 1300 trees to create a Miyawaki Forest across the campus, involving tenants, IGBC Core Committee, Rotary Club of Powai, community members, and students from Vivekanand Education Society College of Architecture and Hiranandani School. This aims to boost biodiversity and green spaces in urban areas.
- Interactive Knowledge Session: Dr. Mala Singh, Chairperson of IGBC Mumbai Chapter, led a session on sustainability practices and eco-friendly habits. Dr. Kamalini Pathak, President of Rotary Club of Powai, along with their committee members, community residents, and students, actively participated.
- ESG Tour: We showcased our ESG initiatives like Delphi rooftop garden, OSA urban organic farming, hydroponics, and waste management to our tenants and community. A detailed presentation on achieving IGBC and other environmental certifications in CREST was well-received.
- Green Expo Carnival: An exhibition of green products and services on the Spectra podium, along with interactive activities to engage our tenants and community.

Worldmark Aerocity, New Delhi:
- The on-ground staff wore caps made from recycled materials from plastic crusher machines at the mall.

The gathering featured a thought-provoking panel discussion, where leaders shared invaluable insights and strategies for fostering an inclusive environment within their organizations. The day concluded with a vibrant networking session, allowing CXOs to connect in a more informal setting.

We recently hosted a successful stand-up comedy event at Ecoworld, Bengaluru featuring Shankar Chugani, a notable Comicstaan Season 1 participant, at Tower 1’s amphitheatre. Shankar’s exceptional wit and engaging humour captivated the audience, as he delivered clever punchlines and amusing anecdotes from his corporate experience. The event saw an impressive turnout, with over 140 tenant employees enjoying an evening of laughter and entertainment. This event significantly contributed to fostering a vibrant and engaging community within Ecoworld.

Worldmark Gurugram celebrates diversity and inclusion with Pure Hearts - Sapno ki Udaan 2024

Held on Saturday, April 27th, at Worldmark Gurugram, our 7-acre mixed-use development, this heartwarming initiative aimed at elevating awareness and acceptance of autism in collaboration with Pure Hearts, a children's initiative fostering social change.

The evening was a resounding success, featuring soul-stirring music, captivating dance performances, and exceptional talents from individuals on the autism spectrum. Esteemed artists, schools like Kazipur Govt School, The Shri Ram Schools, Kunskappskolan Gurgaon, Scottish High International, and non-profits including Neev Learning Centre and Bagiya - Sanshil Foundation, actively participated. Their involvement fostered a deeper understanding and acceptance of autism within our community.

We were honored and grateful to have Mr. Ranveer Singh Saini, India's first Gold medalist in Golf at the Special Olympics World Games, as our guest speaker. His advocacy for inclusion truly amplified our message of diversity and acceptance.

Ecoworld Bengaluru recently hosted an automobile expo on their campus. The expo showcased a diverse selection, ranging from luxury sedans to SUVs and from sleek cars to powerful motorcycles, catering to the interests of every automotive enthusiast. Tenant employees explored an array of vehicles from prestigious brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Jeep, KIA, Toyota, BMW Motor, KTM, Triumph, and Royal Enfield.

The expo also featured a variety of engaging activities, from test drives to ride-alongs, allowing employees to experience the latest vehicles and technologies firsthand.

In an endeavor to create a vibrant, happy, and earth-forward space at Downtown Powai, Mumbai, we bring to you the blooming ‘Sunflower Terrace Garden’ at Delphi B Wing of the asset. With thousands of sunflowers springing in joy, the terrace brings you shades of spring at its best, wherein all of you are invited to come and capture a few special moments of spring with these sunflowers.

On March 26, we organized an exclusive walk-through of the Sunflower Terrace Garden inviting tenant employees to come experience these bounties of nature and sow sunflower seeds to make the garden more vibrant.

Serving as a testament to fostering community well-being and enhancing our spaces with greenery, the Sunflower Terrace Garden is also a one-of-a-kind initiative in Mumbai where you get a chance to experience the garden firsthand and click pictures of and with the sunflowers!
