Earlier this month and I () offered Yogasanas Workshop in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

Yogasanas has been the practice that made me realise the power of Hatha yoga. I had heard Sadhguru say that "The body is like an antenna, if you hold it in the right position, it can just grasp everything in the existence". It wasn't until one day I went into an asana and something shifted in me, it wasn't until then that I realised it's such a phenomenal tool. I still remember it very clearly, even after 2 years, the tears of joy, it completely changed the way I look at Hatha yoga. It helped me obliterate many boundaries, on many levels, still continues to.

It was a privilege beyond words to be able to offer something that has touched my very core to these beautiful participants. + The way they blossomed through these 7 days was tender to watch for both of us.

Late month me and conducted many free Hatha yoga sessions in Mahalaxmi

In one of the sessions we had the opportunity to teach High court judges and state government officers. Some simple practices like yoganamaskar

It's an honour and privilege to introduce these life transforming into lives of people who's decisions make a huge impact in many people's lives on a daily basis.

I hope everyone here is doing well🌻

Last year, I had the opportunity to learn 'classical hatha yoga', in its full depth and dimension at the powerfully consecrated Isha yoga center. Which is located near Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.

I have never been a stranger to pushing my body and mind to their maximum limits.Thanks to over a decade of artistic gymnastics, being in a military college, doing one of the most difficult treks in Maharashtra over the years,

But doing this training was a totally different experience, without any doubt I can say that this has been the most physically, mentally and emotionally, challenging and rewarding thing I have ever done in my life till now.With physical benefits such as having stronger and flexible body it also has given me subtle benefits like more stable mind and an exuberance in my emotions & energy levels because of doing these practices everyday for more than 8 months now.

Still all these things are just side effects of yoga. The real thing is something else...

Fundamentally my way of looking at life has changed.The pleasantness I feel within myself is something I have never experienced before this.

I'll soon start sharing my journey towards yoga and spirituality here.
Till then I am sharing some memorable moments captured by the wonderful volunteers of school throughout the life transforming 21-weeks!
