Malai Methi Mutter - This dish has a different fan base altogether 😉😋😍
Perfectly tempered Fenugreek leaves and green peas with rich cashew and onion gravy. Finished with a dollop of fresh cream 😋 Simple yet flavourful, this is my mom's version which is quite popular amongst my friends and family. It's our go to dish when we are tired with all the regular red gravies.
It's mildly spiced and has bit of a sweet tinge. The homemade version is my favourite as compared to a restaurant which is poles apart from this one 🙊😛
Ingredients that are fresh and slow cooked in the traditional methods elevate even the simplest of food.
