We spear headed the manufacturing of Pipette Tip Filters in India in the 1990s. Since a large quantity of our Pipette Filters is supplied overseas, we only use the best Polypropylene, imported from Europe, to make our PP filter discs for Pipettes.

Our porous plastic discs are fitted in the plastic pipette tips to prevent the pipette from getting damaged by any aerosols, particulates or effervescence that may escape from the blood / liquid that is sucked into the pipette tip. Further, it ensures uncontaminated sample recovery and accurate results of testing by preventing cross-contamination and sample carryover.

These porous plastic filter elements allow free inwards and outward flow of air, while simultaneously preventing the passage of any unwanted substance. Breathers are generally used in situations where passage of small quantity of air is required, but there are also chances of transfer of undesirable particles.

The porous plastic Breathers prevent the inward and outward movement of pollutants.

Our porous plastic Breathers are typically used in machines and devices which require free flow of air. These products permit the air to flow freely, while preventing the entry of pollutants (dust particles, moisture, etc.), which may compromise the operational efficiency of the device. Simultaneously, the Breather also prevents contaminants from escaping from the machine into the atmosphere.

These porous plastic filters range from 1 mm thick to 100 mm thick, depending on the application. Over the last decade, we have sold several million of these porous plastic filter elements to industries and air filter manufacturers located across India, especially in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Punjab. Additionally, in order to ease the fitting process, we provide Breathers with external threading or self-threading, as required.

We manufacture Candle Filters with or without an exterior casing, and the only Indian porous plastic filter manufacturer to make 1000 mm long Candle Filters. These filter elements can be open at both ends or closed at one end, as required by the customer.

Our porous plastic Pneumatic Silencing Filters are a cost-effective and simple solution to reduce the noise level of vented air and prevent unwanted discharge of contaminants from exiting pneumatic devices / machines. Our porous plastic filter elements are low cost, light weight and offer high chemical resistance with higher noise reduction compared to alternate materials.

The strategic design of our porous plastic Pneumatic Silencers assists in reducing the decibel level of air being discharged during pneumatic processes. Wicking (or capillary action) can be defined as the process by which liquids flow through narrow spaces without the assistance of, or sometimes even in opposition to, external forces like gravity.

We manufacture state-of-the-art porous plastic Fragrance Releasing Wicks which absorb the required liquid and emits the fragrance at a steady rate. The porous plastic Fragrance Releasing Wicks can be custom-made to fit into any device or contraption as per the customer’s requirements.

Our Fragrance Releasing Wicks are strategically designed to operate at maximum efficiency, causing zero loss of liquid during the process. Further, our products are 100% chemically inert and do not react with any chemical that they may come in contact with.

Over the last 5-7 years, we have observed a growing requirement of our Fragrance Releasing Wicks in the national as well as international market, prominently in Europe, China and Japan.

Fluidization is a process in which small solid particles are caused to behave like a fluid by blowing gas or liquid upwards through a membrane or a Fluidization Plate. These Fluidization Plates need to be porous, in order to allow the upward passage of gas or liquid, but simultaneously prevent the downward movement of the solid particles.

Our porous plastic Fluidization Plate discs are designed to be light weight, easily replaceable and inert in nature. We can manufacture these filter discs to meet any air flow rate and back pressure requirement by tweaking the pore size and porosity of the filter plate.

Product Application: Fluidization

Micro-bubblers are typically used to increase the level of moisture in the surrounding atmosphere or in a gas. Our porous plastic domes or cylinders are inserted at the end of a pipe which is put under water. When air is passed through the pipe, our porous plastic dome or cylinder forms bubbles in the water. These bubbles are released into the surrounding atmosphere, resulting in increased level of moisture.

Traditionally, our Micro Bubblers for Humidifiers are used in the biomedical and healthcare sectors to humidify the oxygen which is to be given to patients.

Based on the specific application and requirement, we can adjust the dimensions and technical specifications of our product to increase or decrease the rate of humidification.
