Students of Primary Section visited Govind Nagar cha Raja as a part of Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) This Ganesh idol is made up of tissue paper and natural colours by Mr. Digambar Mayekar.

This Ganesh idol doesn’t leave behind toxic debris in water bodies after immersion, thus protecting and preserving the ecological Balance in Nature.

This day is celebrated to show the bond between grandparents and grandchildren. Our grandparents are like our stars.

Dahi Handi (also known as Gopal Kala or Utlotsavam) is an entertainment and competitive event associated with Krishna Janmashtami, the Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Krishna.

Students of Primary section (Seth Juggilal Poddar Academy) celebrated National Sports Day on 29th August, 2023.

The roots of National Sports Day in India can be traced back to the birth of one of its most revered sporting legends, Major Dhyan Chand, who went on to become one of the most popular names in the game of hockey.

Born on August 29, 1905, he started off his career with the British Indian Army regimental squad. His skills mesmerized the world, guiding India to three consecutive Olympic gold medals in 1928, 1932, and 1936.

Raksha bandhan was celebrated on 29th Aug. Raksha means safety and Bandhan means bond. Raksha Bandhan is an important Hindu festival, dedicated to brothers and sisters. On this auspicious day sister's tie a thread on her brother's wrist and pray for his long and prosperous life.

To hone the dancing skills of the students, an Inter House Dance Competition was organized on 15th August 2023, in our school auditorium, on the theme ‘Patriotism’.

True to the theme, the vivacious dancers set the floor on fire with their energetic performances and this was a reflection of their passion, hard work and love for India. The choreography, rhythm, synchronization and presentation of all the students were very good.

The judges congratulated the winners and appreciated the performance of all the children and also encouraged them to participate more in such competitions to enhance their talents.
