Throwback Thursday to this F1 themed Cake! 🏁🏎🏁🏎

This was circa 2020 when i was working from home during the lockdown period. We also did very few orders as very few people knew that I used to Bake. So not many orders and amongst that very few orders for Cakes especially themed Cakes🥞🍰🥮

So when I look back to this Cake I feel so happy and thank god for being so kind to me. Now things have completely changed and now my initial tryst as a passion is now a full fledged venture 😇

Palette Knife Blueberry Cake for a 25th Anniversary Celebration 🎊

This was my first attempt at such Cake which again was made previous evening, taken to Karjat after a 2.5 hours drive next day morning and then cut in the night 😇

It was quite stressful but then it was a super hit with the everyone. This is what the Client had to write

Entremet Cake done right ✅️ looks so good which is EGGLESS and GELATINE FREE 😍

As you all may be aware an entremet is a cake composed of multiple components assembled into layers, encased in a mousse, enrobed with a glaze and topped with fine decorations

Making an entremet requires the precise ex*****on of many traditional French pastry techniques and especially when you are making an Eggless version.

Thank you for teaching us this patiently step by step ....the best thing is that he supports post class too and available for any trouble shooting

These features are the result of the bagel's composition, its long retarding time and the dough boiling step prior to baking. Thandai Madeleines for the Holi Festival 🔴🔵🟢🟡

What are Madeleines????

Madeleines are very small sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-like shape acquired from being baked in pans with shell-shaped depressions. Aside from the traditional moulded pan, commonly found in stores specialising in kitchen equipment and even hardware stores, no special tools are required to make madeleines. (Source : Wiki)
