Anyone suffering from Lower back pain after starting cycling is not necessarily the fault of the Bicycle. Lower back pain in a young cyclist without any other problems or history of back pain is often due to mechanical factors (versus intrinsic problems inside your body). The most common is bike fit, then bike fit and then bike fit. Many cyclists are riding bikes that are too big for them and many cyclists lack proper flexibility and/or their core strength is lacking. Take the time and have your bike fitted to your body. Back pain can also arise from anatomical causes like leg length discrepancy or misalignment of your spine.

BicycleFix had their first Ride with all their friends in partnership with Sundowners from Bandra Reclamation to Ballard Pier. Barring the insane traffic with the city returning back to Normalcy, it was an awesome ride with 6 riders. Looking forward to such awesome memories again soon. A special thanks to for sharing a piece of history at Karfule Petrol Pump, the oldest petrol pump in the locality (since 1938). That was one of the best moments for us to experience.

Great and New Initiative. is working towards a green city. But misinformation is wrong. Wearing helmets for any two wheeler on the Traffic Road is Mandatory. It is protection for the Rider.

Great and Wonderful News. But just for publicity, pushing wrong information is absolutely WRONG. If you are riding two wheels on the traffic roads, HELMETS are mandatory... So if you plan to use this service, make sure you are carrying a helmet.
